Really nice people, especially on the phone. One person in particular helped out alot who was Jose, really friendly and caring to listen to your problems. Couldn't find a day to suit me so they did my bike check there and then, dont waste your time going harrow or Borehamwood halfords.

Ordered a bike chain online, got a usb cable as well. Received a text saying processed but after over an hour no confirmation, decided to go down as last time was sent text half an hour before closing despite order 2 hours before. Got there and told item not in stock and wont be in stock, was a mistake and no one bothered to call and let me know even after I paid for an order. Then left with no proof of refund and when asked told it will be emailed and then just sent receipt for one item.

The store is still open during lockdown but you are not allowed into the shop. You can buy items there but you cannot browse & have to wait at the door. I’d strongly advise using click & collect - & they will text you when to come pick up your item(s). Staff very friendly & helpful - as ever.

I would have given this store a 1 star due to the vibe i got from all the colleague's here EXCEPT ONE who went above and beyond to deliver me exactly what i was looking for and more !
His name is Bimal and before i found him, i was attempting to get the attention of 3 younger colleague's who we're all playing with an empty box and avoiding operating any of the tills or help desks. That's when i was approached by Bimal who gave me ALL the advice available on the radio i was buying, recommended and reserved a fascia plate for me from another store, explained the process of fitting it for me as they couldn't due to COVID but mainly he made me feel like i was heard and respected as a customer.
Too many times i am faced with colleagues in a variety of stores that have no passion or understanding of their job role...Bimal is a shining example of how everyone should aspire to conduct themselves in a proffesional setting.
Thank you for my shopping experience and i do hope Halfords see this and acknowledge your efforts.

Too much waiting time and lack of communication.
I made an appointment at this garage and after I got here, I found that after an hour of waiting, no one noticed me.
The mechanics put the car after the car in the garage and no one wasn't even asked what the problem is, I was even forced to move my car even though I didn't disturb any entrance.
After an hour I asked at the reception that it lasts and I give up, they was told that one of their colleagues did not come today for various reasons.
If you keep calling someone for an appointment, what's the point of finding reasons when the client is already here.
Unfortunately, disappointed, I'm sorry but this was my first experience here at Halfords Ruislip, disappointing.

I ordered some adblue online, arrived at the Ruislip store before it opened and joined the queue of about 30 people as I got to my turn an Asian lady arrived and phoned the store.
As I moved forward I was told that she was first and I had to wait, when I mentioned that she hadn’t been waiting I was told by the member of Halfords staff that she had been dealing with her.

Brought a carerra bike in with faulty forks to be inspected for the claimed ‘lifetime’ warranty. Being two years old the receipt provided at the point of sale was extremely faded. The bike was left for 3 weeks with halfords and I didn’t receive any contact. After phoning I was told the bikehut was behind it’s repairs despite the fact my bike was not on the repair list. I had to remind the sales woman that my bike was not in for repair but warranty inspection! I was then told over the phone the bike would not be covered by warranty as my receipt was faded despite being sold a potentially dangerous bike and having to wait 3 weeks for her to ask her manager, which could have been a lot longer had I not phoned. All round bad service please avoid and don’t expect them to honor there warranties, hopefully customer services will be able to sort this out.

What a waste of time. I honestly do not know how this company or store is still operating. Staff are the most laziest I have come across in a long time. Managed to get one of the staff to somewhat help, but had no clue what I was going on about. He then decided to get someone he though may be able to help, but never returned back to me. Even the cashier till was unmanned. Do not waste your time, find another store, or better yet, and other company.
