Went to get my light bulb fitted, staff was very helpful and pleasent. I waited 15 minutes to get the fitting done but the team was very busy doing other cars and very professional in how each member explains the issue to customers. They were all dressed very smartly and pleasent to deal wish.

Absolutely useless staff in the bicycle department, the salesman could barely tell me the frame size of a bike. When asked the difference between 2 models a long silence and a bit of confusion, apparently the 1 was newer than the other. Pathetic!

Very expensive. They sell oil, but not the oil filter. Was told they have to order it from Euro car parts. So completely pointless wasting your time at Halfords. Won't bother ever going back there again.

Went to go and collect a carrera crossfire hybrid bike. A member of staff named james assisted me and my dad with what type of lock to get. James was very helpful and he reccomend a few locks. Great service and the bike is amazing

Staff are as helpful as they can be but they are frequently overwhelmed at weekends in the bike department so expect long queues. Their email receipt system is kinda handy especially if you might lose the receipt for a big purchase. The bike plans they provide are great value as they cover all stores but they often need to order in parts which can cause a delay. The staff are pretty tolerant of the nippers riding around in store, at least they get a proper try before you buy!

I use to work for halfords and I’ve always had good dealings with this store.
It’s a shame they get 1 Star during lockdown. There was a massive demand for cycles and these key workers would of worked hard through though this period.

Got new number plates and paid to be fitted, one of the screws from the old plate was rusted and the guy just started pulling the plate out and scratching my car. Had to take a plier out from my tool box to take the screw out and ended up replacing the plates myself. Had to ask a staff member to bring a polish cream to sort it out but the scratches are too deep. No apologies either. You need more than a screw driver to fix cars mate!

Took my bike in for a check up. There was a little confusion over the booking but the staff were really helpful and sorted it and my bike. Also really helpful and quick when i collected an online order. Really happy with the service and how staff treated the customers.

Waited ages for someone to deal with me. Wanted a new front number plate. Paid an extra £5 to have it fitted. If I had known they were just going to stick it on with adhesives, I wouldn’t have bothered paying them. Not a proper fitting and will most likely fall off in the near future. I won’t be returning to Halfords for anything.

I come here to renew an inner tube for my e-bike several times due to a puncture. Each time I've been served by an staff member called RAMONE very professional has in depth understanding of bikes and is ever helpful in satisfying and accommodating my needs every time I go there. Pathetic service in the lockdown. No one pickups the call. Asking people to stay in a queue for an hour just to confirm the status. My bike collection was 2 days earlier still not ready yet. They don't know when it will be ready. Staff is very rude whenever I speak with them. Online customer service is useless. Overall Very frustrating

I booked my bike for a service. I dropped my bike after being told it would be ready in 4 days. A whole week later it still wasnt ready so I had to collect it unserviced and unfixed. Why accept bikes if you know you don't have enough mechanics to have it done by the right time??
I was told to drop on Friday and collect on Monday. After Monday I called on Tues then on Thurs for updates and I kept getting told it would be ready tomorrow and they would call me back. However I never got any call backs so collected it as I couldn't go without any longer. Total waste of time and effort.

I have shopped all over the world in very prestigious stores but have never experienced such impeccable customer service like I did in your store today. The brilliant young man 's name is Ramone. His knowledge and expertise was second to none! I suffer from severe anxiety, so find it difficult to engage in conversation but Ramone excellent customer service skills and friendly nature, made me feel at ease. I was helped by a chap named Ross on buying and getting a dash camera fitted to my car he was very helpful and was able to answer all my questions as I was abit unsure on getting one I then returned a week later to have it fitted by him as a whole I am very happy with my experience at Ruislip Halfords.
