Visited Halfords Croydon, this week, was nice to see the staff practicing and enforcing social distancing. The person who served me actually made my day, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Store was well stocked, clean and presentable, overall it was a good experience.

I had a good experience in this Halfords compared to my other ones that I have been to. A lovely gentleman I think his name was kobi was very very helpful and provided me with all the information that I needed. He also volunteered to get the item for me but I offered to get it myself. The only reason it’s a 4 not a 5 is because the manager was not very friendly.

It has reached a stage that if stock is showing in this store for click and collect I will cancel. The staff in the cycle department really Don't know what they're doing. They can't find anything and they are just rude. I hope they get a decent manager to teach staff how to be staff.

On Friday 27 Nov I visited Halfords Windmill rd and asked for my windscreen wipers to be replaced. I also purchased coolant and screen wash. The staff member James was very helpful and patiently explained which products were best suited to my needs. The wipers were fitted expertly and without fuss. I definitely will be visiting this branch again when I next need assistance. The staff are always helpful and courteous.

The worst customer service I have experienced
I purchased a 800.00 pound boardman bicycle only to return the following day as the pedal broke off
They gave a full refund that was the only good service I got from them
Prior this staff were rude unprofessional and clueless
I purchased my bike online to have it built there and when given to me no friendly advice or info or service whatsoever it was like here is your bike goodbye!!!!
Its the worst I have personally experienced I will not ever go there again

Can't remember the fitters name but he was SO HELPFUL! Had a good laugh about comparing my time working at Halfords nearly 9 years ago. Service was really quick and professional. I needed a few things done to my car and expected it to be a lot more expensive.

Normally, this place is fantastic, but someone broke my lock and stole my bike wheel and Halfords wouldn't tell me the parts numbers over the phone or online (I bought my bike there). Instead, they said I had to bring the bike in and book an appointment. I told then it would be easier for them to sell me the parts since my bike wasn't useable. They refused. I dragged my bike there, a very heavy bike, for a mile, waited for an hour and then am told the parts don't exist and they can't order them. Why couldn't this happen over the phone? I was never seen for my appointment. A month later, I get an email with a fake receipt as if they had fixed my bike.

I went to get a side lamp fitted to my headlamps. I was booked in and was offered a free car check at the same time. The staff were very helpful and prompt. Mirza (the car fitter) was very good at explaining the things he was checking, very friendly and not at all patronising. Highly recommended.

Bought a bike recently from Halfords at Windmill Road. The shop was clean and observed social distancing and safety regulations seriously which made me feel safe as I entered the shop. The staff who served me were excellent, polite and gave good advice. Halfords also had a great range of bikes to choose from especially during the lockdown period when it was difficult to purchase a bike.
Also Halfords built the bike perfectly at no extra cost.

Best customer service from tile to meneger , I toke the battery for exchange (Micheal)they say don’t have in store but they call 2-3 place to fine it and they fined in new malden meneger (Steve ) went there and brings to store next day thanks you soo much Steve and Micheal , sorry if I do write anything wrong English not my first languages .

Very few bikes on display and only around 5 of them had prices on them. There was only 1 staff member attending the bike section and he was busy with 2 customers. The staff I did speak to were very helpful, but the store annoyed me. I wanted to just quickly buy a bike, the store made sure I did not.
