Thumbs up from me for an impressive service, the guys at Hobbs are very knowledgeable and very helpful, had an MOT booked first thing Tuesday morning, checked car over Monday (nothing like leaving it to the last minute) and found an LED mirror indicator unit wasn't working, phoned Hobbs as there seemed to be variations of the product, but within minutes they had found the part, (genuine replacement , which was also around a third cheaper) ordered one and had in in the shop in a matter of hours, allowing me to collect it, fit it, and keep my MOT appointment. Thank you guys. Oh and yes it did pass.

A H Hobbs ordered a mirror £28.00! When my daughter picked it up it fell out of the box and broke. She went back and his son said its my fault I opened the box to see if it was In there!!! we’ll order you another one. Went back today they wanted £18 cost price for the mirror. I refused and the father was rude and told me to go and buy one somewhere else as they wouldn’t exchange it. Absolutely disgusting!!! And quite a big mark up!
UPDATE: my 6ft 2” partner went into the shop and Mr Hobbs was suddenly amicable and I got my mirror. Obviously takes advantage of women. Coward.
