SO I BOOKED A A STEREO INSTALLATION AND SHOWED UP ABOUT 10MINS EARLY ISINCE MY APPOINMENT WAS AT 4PM TOOK A DAY OFF WORK, AND AFTER 20MINS WAITING WAS TOLD THEY COULD NOT INSTALL MY STEREO BECAUSE THE PERSON WHO WAS INSTALLING IT FINISHES AT 5PM KEEP ON MIND ITS ABOUT 4.15 I WAS TOLD THIS , I WAS SO APPALLED WITH THIS AS I SEE IT AS LAZYNESS BY 4.30 THESE EMPLOYEES WALKED OUT AND FINISHED THEIR SHIFT , LUCKY I CALLED PURLEY BRANCH AT 4.35 PM AND TOLD THEM ABOUT THE SITUATION AND THEY ASKED ME TO COME OVER TO THEM AND APPOLOGISED FOR THE BAD SERVICE NEVER COMMING BACK TO THE CROYDON WINDMILL BRANCH EVER AGAIN !

BAD COSTUMER SERVICE, RUDE MECHANIC!!! I went to Halfords in Croydon to get my bike fixed. I spoke to a sales assistant and then ordered a crank arm to be fitted to my bike. The sales assistant said they will be able to fit the crank arm for free but when I returned to the store to pay for the repairs I saw that they added labour costs for the crank arm to be fitted. I explained what happened to the mechanic but it was like hitting a brick wall, I explained over and over again, but nothing. I requested to speak to the manager, but apparently he was too busy and they said I should come back another day, which was very inconvenient. The mechanic was extremely rude and I genuinely don't understand how he kept his job. Eventually, the mechanic offered to take the labour costs off if he took the crank arm off, which I didn't understand because that would have doubled the labour cost?
The mechanic had also pumped up my tires too much, the tubes could have popped.

I purchased big 110Amp Car battery and took it by TAXI to fit it at home.
They charged me for fitting and refused refund for labor saying I need to produce proof they did not fitted it. (Cashier gave me number to call taxi bcs they do not deliver, at lease i have the proof i CALED taxI A MINUTE AFTER PAYING FOR IT... client who can drive home does not need any taxi isnt it?).
WHY HALFORDS CAN NOT PROOF THIS BATTERY WAS FITTED ?
Because i walked in and my VAN never was on theirs carpark!
