I went for repairing my bike's innertube. I waited a long but that's fine as It's a pandemic time But the service I was looking from them was disaster.They fixed my bike's innertube with the new one and just after 25 minutes it's kinda blast and my whole new innertube was torn. First and Very Bad Experience.

I bought a nav satellite top range for my bmw 7 , I pay £30 for fixing after fixing I have info,, the attached cable cannot currently charge your device,, looks like the staff is not enough to qualification to doing.Next day I go for complain the women come to help after 30 minutes, she cannot doing anything, she doesn’t have Qualification. I go third day different worker come and he said again this same ,, he cannot help because he doesn’t have qualifications and said I need appointment for four day. Looks like is waste the time, and full of stress for my , looks like never end the story . I have question why the Halford employs unskilled employees?

Stay away from here! Deserves zero stars as this is really badly managed store. I placed the order online and got a notification that it's ready for collection. I then stood in the queue for 1.5 hour only to be told the item is not in stock! When I told the customer service that I got an email asking me to collect I was told I read the email wrong. I then showed the email to which they completely ignored and continued to repeat that I'm reading the email wrong. This is just rude! The staff need to be replaced or trained to handle customers better as this is not acceptable.

Customer service has been dreadful everytime I’ve come here since buying my bike. A grunt at best is all you get from the young guys who work in the bike department. My bike was worse then when it went in. So frustrating. (Pre and post lockdown)

Customer service is exceptional! I bought a bike for my 4 Year old daughter. The guys upstairs were amazing and really guided us through the process, helping my daughter get used to the bike and providing me assurance and a good care plan. Fantastic job Halfords.

Extremely slow service with only 1 person serving multiple customers. Didn't have the courtesy to call me when my bike was ready nor did they answer any of my calls. I had to make way to get the bike myself to only find it was ready for collection.

i have not used this store in two in years as there ruined my brand new carbon road bike but fitting parts on incorrectly and overcharging me.
so i thought let me give me local store a try again i asked them if they can true a bike wheel. They said yes should be ready the next day in the morning.
I heard nothing the next morning so i had to a make a call. I was then told they could not do the job as they did not have the right tools. I then went to the store to collect my wheel the person Andy said "On yeah your the guy with wheel". He then went around the back gave me the wheel and said "There you got mate." There was no apology at all.
I will not be using Halfords as this the second time they messed up without a care in the world. If they could not do the job they should of called me to let me know instead of me making call to chase them and i should of got an apology. I now have to start the process again with a professional bike shop which is costing me time and money. I also needed this job done i am trying to recover medical condition.
Do not use Halfords in croydon If you need a reliable bike service. I am extremely angry and disappointed. customer levels are very poor never again this is not a brand name i will be supporting again

I purchased a Sony radio for my Renault Clio and was given remarkable customer care by Bobby, who helped me pick out the radio and who also booked in my fitting appointment. He also greeted me the day of my fitting and was again, a pleasure to be around. Upon coming to collect my car I was helped by Jamie who spent time with me and went through all the functions of the radio. There was a minor problem and Jamie went out of his way to resolve it within minutes. The service I have received at this Halfords store is unmatched and I would recommend anyone to go here.

100% service - 4 bikes purchased from Halfords over 3 years.
Today I received my bike which was in for repair from Friday...brakes and two punctures.
The service was very fast plus polite staff who communicated with my daughter in a nice kind manner on both days.

The only bike shop I know that has no parts for a bike, i only needed a basic part didn't have it needed to be ordered in. They ordered the wrong part twice and never informed me that I couldn't get my bike back for almost 2 weeks!! And they never answer them phones!!

The staff are very unhelpful and look like you are bothering them. We were trying to test out bikes as I have not ridden for years, they treated myself and my husband as though we were going to steal the bikes. Security came upstairs to ask us if he could help us. We declined but we noticed everyone was watching us, they lost out on sale because they were rude.

Very useful, if you have any needs, when it comes to motoring or bicycles, need of any accessories, like to DIY, or clean your car or bike or just about anything, this is the place to go. If you just need a simple maintenance to your vehicle and you are not in to this kind of thing, again this is the place to go. And if it is coming to this particular Croydon shop - stuff is always very nice, helpful and happy to share a helping hand or a good advice... Also like the online side of business.
