went to get a new phone. very nice guy there, told him we were going to competition. He didn't seem to have been empowered to offer a better deal. Shop was clean and tidy. All pandemic precautions were taken. Sadly three has lost a client because they didn't empower their staff enough to retain business.

My Daughter dropped her Iphone in the toilet. Apparently this happens. Never to me, but im a Dad born in the sixties and we never took a phone into a convenience. Long story short, withdraw set in after 3 days and a replacement needed to procuring. Spoke to sales assistant then the manager who sourced a cheaper replacement that should suffice. Both were knowledgeable and didnt attempt to upscale. All in all a satisfactory experience.

Offered a sim only being told I could upgrade after 3 months bills paid on-time via DD, which I did, went back after 3rd month to be told to wait 6 months, which I did. Only to be told now, I was lied to and have to wait another 18 months. Disgusting service.

To be honest this is the worst phone company I ever met. The signal for my data is not working at all anywhere in London. I went to the shop twice to fix this and they said "sorry we can't do nothing. We have problem with the system." I pay for my contract every month and I get nothing back. No internet, no signal no calls. I wish to change my contract but it ends on 2021 unfortunately. Do you have any suggestions about what I can do next? I don't want to pay for nothing.

The guys are always helpful when I visit the branch. I have visited many branches to unblock my phone but Jamie was the one who did it in a short time as all the rest was telling me to send my phone buck to the company to unblock it.
Great customer service and I always will recommend this brunch.
I travel 2 zones now that I moved just to sort all my mobile problems with these guys..

For me the customer service from the Chinese girl was very awful with me. She need more trainee and information about the contract and she is not very happy in the job because it is not kind and friendly and then when you work in the customer services it is essential if not you should be think about what are you doing in that job?? if you are not happy and not enjoy change your job because you work for customers that pay the best service.

There is a Three Manager in this Bromley store by the name of Jimi (manager) whom conduct and behavior is incredibly poor. I am cancelling my contract with Three due to him. He is nasty full of agression, dispicable person. I am surprised that someone like him can work for such a large organisation. If he is reflective ofThree then they are disaster awaiting to happen in terms of customer service. You have been warned. Avoid at all cost.
