The sales assistant that served was lovely, but I cudn't hear anything she was saying. Loud music, lots of noise combined with masks & perspect screens made it into hear her soft voice.i appreciate the screens & masks are necessary at the moment, but music isn't. Maybe microphones need to be installed in screens. I found the whole experience quite stressful having to ask for everything to be repeated & putting my ear against the screen.

Appalling customer service. Visited the Woolwich store to return 4G Home Broadband, purchased in Bluewater, for a refund as could not get it to work. Assistant Store Manager would not process refund as it was bought in another store. 3 T&Cs stated on their website specify that it could be returned to any of their stores. Much to my annoyance, the assistant manager was not aware of the Company T&Cs and would not accept a return for a product that was purchased in another store. She claimed that she was unable to process the return. Instead of trying to help a dissatisfied customer, she simply told us to go to bluewater. Appalling customer service, and unhelpfull staff who are unaware of their own terms and conditions.

The service inside the shops were lovely. Though the customer service online is really slow, I cannot get through to a staff as I have queries on my phone. My data was supposed to be quite high but the network have given me a low range and this is not the amount of data I have paid for. I am losing the money I have paid for!

I dont understand why this store is still open during such a sensitive time !!! It was crowded and was definitely unable to abide by the 2 metre rule ...obviously no regard for the safety of customers or staff!!! The owners should be ashamed.

Good shop, promptly I've been assisted by a expert for check a damage on my phone. Good customer service skills as well. The store is nice, good atmosphere and nice product's. Staff is nice and polite with good customer service skills. Service is fast when comes to payment. Store is well decorated and organized and easy to find desired items. Opening times are good, accessible on week days as well weekend's. Lots of choice with good quality and accessible prices . Store have good access and is well located

Opened 10 minutes late, by the time they opened 8 people are waiting outside the store. All i needed was a replacement contract sim replaced as my current one is faulty waited a further 32 minutes still have not been seen, i got told 1 minute then 1 minute again everyone else that comes in 2 seconds and someone will be with you, currently 10 peoples waiting to see someone in the store and 3 people from 3 on the store floor with only 2 actually helping people, the other is just standing their greeting people the place clearly needs more staff. Still waiting to be seen, first time having a mobile contract with 3 and the last, worst network i have been with absolute rubbish signal, i will have 4 bars showing 4g+ and i cannot even open a you tube video, can't message on whatsapp happens all over London. Finally seen at 11:47 only to be told i cannot get a replacement in store only via telephone order for a mistake 3 made, it was the 3 customer service over the phone that sent me to the store to get the sim faster they should have known this was not possible. From Peckham, Clapham, Battersea, Chelsea to Woolwich just to name a few places that I only receive signal partially plus i am paying £68 a month for this kind of service. What a amazing network.

They salesman and women at this store always seems to con PEOPLE. Not me and three ever again. The customer service center based in India, worker's underpaid so they con three customers with increased bills saying you called or text a foriegn service etc....to many lies and RIP off to make some cash for themselves. I always had arguments with customer service members so i grew tired and rid the contract with them. Me and three never again.

I made my first contract here and I must say that it went wonderfully, great place and great staff, I would especially compliment the girl in training named Iris that for how much in training has done everything in the best way possible and above all without any problem, if I had to give him a vote from 1 to 3 I would give it a full 3. I highly recommend this store!!

Popped into here over 3 days to buy some accessories for my new phone. ,and a lovely young lady by the name of ola served me .she was very helpful and even fitted the case for me whilst i paid .always top.service at the three shops .jimi even fitted my screen protecter on 1 occasion when i needed. U cant beat good customer service.
