This network is the WORST! Very poor network in London, customer service is AWFUL! Hours waiting on hold. If you have a problem they will do anything including disconnecting your call to not deal with it. There product did not work and I have been trying to get a cancellation on it for 6month! Can not wait to leave both phone and wifi!

Worst possible choice . Mistake after mistake after mistake. I spend 3 days per month calling them to try to get things right, wasting a lot of time, so they screw it up again. Makes no sense whatsoever. They charge me twice per month, set up two accounts and now they won't even take my complaints because they say they can't verify my details which worked fine until now. Wouldn't be surprised they changed my details, but the only thing they get right is my bank account to double charge me. Worse customer service ever! A star is too much to review.

I was once with 'Three' and never again. The company is real rip off. Absolutely not customer orientated - you feel like you are an income generated vehicle for this company. Terrible experience.

Usually the shop is busy and you have to wait few minutes to be served, so if you need something quick better checking online. I had to change plan and the customer service was great. Malcolm the guy who helped me was brilliant, helpful and clear so I cannot complain too much.

Had a horrible “service” by Joel who wasn’t willing to help, instead of listening for what I’m trying to say he sent me to Apple store as he couldn’t help. I had an issue with dialing and microphone on my IPhone and wanted to ask for some advice / maybe he has heard that before but he was extremely rude, told me “unless you’re technician bring it to Apple” .. he kept interrupting me and have been basically taking a p**s... when I ask for his name he said “ none of your business “ .. is that how the service suppose to work when you ask for a simple help? In fact not being rude or raised my voice or anything like that. How has he even been employed to work with customers and public ??

I am a client of three for more than a year, I have a post-paid plan. Usually when I go to the store ask for help to solve a problem (yes, to walk I go to the park) the attendance is always bad but today in the store of Lewisham, I arrived and as always they were all busy and then I waited. arrived three more people and then when the official Adrian came to meet, passed another lady who came after me. is it that her money is worth more than mine or that it was because she was from the same ethnicity as mr. Adrian ???

Awful! Came to upgrade my phone and extend the contract - I have asked for a black Samsung S6 and been given a Gold one! As they are only open until 6 during the week, i need to take time off work to exchange it or else I risk having a week without a phone (my current phone was broken, hence upgrading). I find it difficult to believe it was a genuine mistake, as I specified which one I want and it is clearly written on the box which type it is. More likely, they were trying to flog the less popular option on the customers upgrading, hoping that they will not return them. Conclusion - do not trust anything they give you, double check in store! They will try to sell you what you have not asked for!

I visited this store a bit more than a month ago to get a sim-card and charge it. The attendant was very rude all the time. She didn't listen at all to what I was saying, she was always distracted and just ignored whatever I asked her. She then complained because I changed my mind to pay by card instead of cash, and didn't accept the card! Before leaving, I managed to ask a few questions to another attendant who answered somethings but was not much helpful as well... I'm very surprised with the poor quality of the service at this store. Btw, I've decided to move to another operator because there is no three signal inside my place..

I'm normally very satisfied with three's customer service however when I visited this store the service was very slow and I felt patronised by the staff. I asked to see the upgrade to my S6+ edge which would be the S8+ but instead was shown the A5. I ended up leaving and upgrading online instead.

I was there to get a sim only deal. Price was little bit more expensive than online. I waited a bit to be served and thats was ok. It did not take too long to finish everything and go back to work. To be honest, I didnt expect this speed of service and politeness from the staff. Recommended.

I was a little apprehensive at first before entering the store as I only had about 10 minutes to spare. I wanted to order a nano sim card thinking it would take a lot longer, the staff took down some details and within a few minutes everything was sorted! I was in and out of the shop less than 5 minutes. The store was clean and tidy, staff courteous and friendly.

Today I have experimented the worst service in my life. Maggie, probably the manager, wasn't attentive when I said about my problem and she was doing her business on her own telephone (sending some personal pictures, texting and she even made a SELFIE with a colleague while I was standing in front of her. She didn't listen what's my problem and started explaining about I didn't ask. They showed a total lack of interest, unprofessionalism, inability to talk to clients! I do not recommend this store to anyone!!!

The worst experience ever. The woman was uninterested in my problem and provided bad customer service. Got a replacement sim and I don't think she even scanned it in the computer because up to now it's still not activated! I called the store and they told me some stupid excuses to say as if he doesn't know I know how it works. I used to work in 3 and what he is telling me is definitely not true.

I went in to buy a sim card - I knew exactly what I wanted and they STILL tried to up sell me to a contract - I am only using them because I have to when I go abroad. Now that the prices have gone up on their 30 day contracts even less reason to visit. Next time I need a sim card to travel I will buy online so I do not need to deal with the excessive money grabbing in store.

I visited the store today and had a bead experienced, costumer services is very poor i was served by Ahmead and when i asked for some help withe my account he told me i have to call de costumer services hi can't help but in a very arrogant way, "don't you find that helpful enough I'm trying to exchange the sim card " I was asked to pay again for a replaisment sim card when I told him it doesn't fit in to my phone and I bought it from the same store 3 weeks ago, very disappointed with the service after I've been with them for more then 3 years , I had to explain 10 times I did paid all ready for the sim card but it doesn't fit.

The crew was uncaring and disinterested, impolite. They made us wait for an hour for a small problem, didn't contact us about what was happening, didn't solved our problem, no communication. They were simply rejecting. When we were leaving unsatisfied, they just said "you're welcome". We recommand for people, who like to be treated as stupid.

Twice credited cash paid in shop for toppig up PAYG 3-2-1 no end date - to 1-month instead which did not happen till next day after leaving shop so had to get bus back to shop to rectify! Complete+ unnecessary bad result.
