Bupa Health and Dental Centre - Chancery Lane

I have spent a lot of time at dentist since I was a child and they all have been very traumatic experiences; particularly after one of my wisdom tooth extraction I thought I was never going yo see a dentist. However, my other wisdom tooth extraction had other plans for me. I finally was brave enough to head to a dentist (well, I was forced by the excruciating pain) and chose BUPA, where I was treated by Dr Bhav. I will never be able to thank Dr Bhav and the nurse Monica. I would like to express my thanks to both of them for being extremely kind and attentive, as well being professional and very mindful regarding coronavirus protective measures during the pandemic. I have received the kindest care and I cannot believe how smooth the extraction was. I would like to thank Dr Bhav again for what he offered me. After finding out that I work as a nurse on a covid ward at one of the busiest hospitals in London, he decided not to charge me for the treatment as a thank you for my contribution to the pandemic. I cannot express enough how touched I am by his kindest gesture, professionalism and making me at ease and being very reassuring the the difficult procedure. The best ever experience I had at a dentist. I am hoping to be his regular patient and receive my future treatments from him. A very satisfied customer.

Simply the best medical and dental services in my opinion. I have been attending the centre for many years and have especially known Dr Naazi Marouf since the early period of 2011. Naazi has recently been helped by " Christina ", her assistant. The both have been providing me, along the years, an outstanding and consistent level of work. Naazi has very precise and professional working skills delivering great services, while avoiding any form of pain. Of course, I would recommend having a dental insurance as such services do not come cheap however, if you are looking for the best, this is the right address and it will deliver as per your expectations.

I had a filling done there today at 11am. At 4pm the whole filling crumbled and fell out. I called the surgery and spoke to a lady on reception, who, after I told her what had happened, said the dentist (Anthony Wong) had left the surgery for the day and then very kindly hung up the phone and immediately switched on the answering machine. I called back immediately several times but it's Friday afternoon and they are not going to answer. The last filling I had done there a month ago started to deteriorate after about two weeks. It's not cheap. Don't go there.
