Iconic Computers

We took our PC into iconic with an unknown fault. We were told that the issue was with the power supply and would be fixed within a couple of weeks. We never heard back from anyone so had to contact them to find out what was happening. We were then told there had been some delay on parts so unfortunately it wouldn't be ready for another week or so. We waited to hear back but again no communication from anyone so we had to contact iconic again to see if the PC was ready but again given another excuse for it not being fixed. Finally about 2 months later we are told that the PC can be collected but they have been unable to repair it. Since this we have taken the PC to another computer repair company who have fixed the pc within a week. Very poor unreliable service.

I went in earlier this week with what I thought was a broken charging port for my iPhone. I expected to need to pay lots for parts and labour, as well as wait for the work to be done. The man in the shop had a look and it and was able to fix it within minutes! Very appreciative and would highly recommend their services. I also went in a few years ago for a screen replacement on an iPhone and that was done very quickly at a very good price. Many thanks!

I have used these guys several times for laptop repairs and also purchased from them. They provide a fantastic service, nothing is too much trouble. Thoroughly recommended !

Iconic Computers were amazing: they fixed my laptop the same day, charged a very reasonable price and were incredibly friendly and helpful. I was so impressed by their communication; they made me feel very confident in their abilities and not like an idiot for having broken my laptop in the first place!

Fantastic service, I depend on my laptop for work and completely panicked when it started behaving erratically. The boys at Iconic soon had it in perfect working order (shamefully it was full of cat hair and other unwanted things) and at a very reasonable cost. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend. Thank you!

Went in to buy an adapter and was given lots of nonsense about how the new mac book pro wasn't compatible with a USB and I would not be able to transfer data from on mac to anther via a cable ... Just bought one from the apple store and works perfectly.... USB-C to USB Adapter - I hate mansplaining especially when its incorrect information Good place to get a screen mended however.

Excellent service. Needed a repair as iPhone rattling, helpful and quick reply via Facebook messaging. When I went in to store, repair was quick and easy and staff helpful and friendly. Totally recommend.

Useful for information and repair, not too long a wait for things to be seen to.
