I popped in at lunchtime and found the staff very helpful and friendly. Good selection of all the latest phones. It's always nice to get a feel of a new phone and have the chance to try it out. The staff are knowledgeable. I would recommend this store.

Wasnt particularly interested in my problems got a bit sorted, overall not very helpful at all, 16mile round trip pointless, Vodaphone as a whole would never use again, only interested in your cash, customer service useless, will be going elsewhere when contract expires

I went to open a contract on the 1st of October after 2-weeks they restrict my contract they told me because I didn't pay?? I told them I should pay monthly?? I gave my bank card to sign up for direct debit they say the staff didn't do rubbish customer service avoid them they still your data

Terrible service, so bad I almost cancelled my contract. Didn't bother to ring or text when my phone arrived in store, didn't bother to swap my previous number over, even though I was very clear I wanted this doing and provided a PAC number, didn't bother to set up a pin number for my account (the call centre said they should have done this in store). were it not for the call centre staff, who were very helpful and understanding, I would have cancelled my contract and gone back to my old provider. Awful customer experience, they even had the nerve to ask me to give 9/10 on their customer service questionaire!

Useless and even lied to me about unlocking my old phone, do not even go there. Vodafone themselves are even worse, ignore all contact and emails. The poorest service I have ever experienced. This saga has been ongoing since 25 March 2018 when I moved to Tesco mobile.

I have been trying to get my online account sorted since we moved,had no success,untill today looking at my bank statement had a very high bill,unable to check on line,so went again on live chat with vodaphone,and asked why,they have now put my account details right,but i have had 90.00 of international call on my account whice i have not carried out,so when asked they said they could do nothing about it,or trace who has used my data,so now i have a phone that i dont want to use because of the bills and high bills, so it leaves me with a bitter taste after 15yrs with them

Worst customer service experience of my life. Spoke with several members of staff and each one was more arrogant, idiotic and condescending than the last. They kept passing the buck, telling me I needed to phone the customer service line and generally giving me bad and unhelpful advice until I finally cancelled my contract and changed providers. Do not go to this store or give them any money, this entire company can go to hell.
