Wish I could rate it lower than one star. Went to buy a new iPhone today. We asked for help for monthly contract and all they did was try to get us to buy their broadband and tv package which wasn't what I asked. I said no 5 times and asked to talk about the phone. They still didn't talk about the phone and still tried to force us to buy their broadband. One of her colleagues then came over to try force us to buy the broadband which made us feel very uncomfortable and started to annoy us. Neither of them knew what they was doing and kept contradicting themselves with different answers. When we said stop talking about the broadband we don't want it we just want a phone for the last time they refused to talk about the phone or any plans. We eventually had to say you're wasteing our time and we are leaving and they didn't even care. Awful awful experience. Won't ever be going on ee. All about the hard sell and getting the comision

When I ring they are very cold on the phone and the guy answers with a "yeah"!! No hello, no goodbye!! When in store they are very slow at dealing with any issues and the manager just doesn't seem up to scratch. I was in there over an hour trying to sort what was a fairly simple problem. My switch from O2 has been less than smooth. Furthermore, I bought my Iphone 5 from T-mobile which died 8 days into having it. I phoned the Loughborough branch to get it replaced and they refused to deal with me as I had had it more than 7 days. They said it was Apples responsibility, whom after phoning said it was T-mobiles responsibility. I then had to ring T-mobile on the internet who kindly after a 30 minute wait in their multi layered queueing system decided to replace my phone which may now take up to 30 days to come leaving me with no phone. T-mobile so far has not looked after me, has treated me badly and left me without a phone for my business. Gutted!!

Rubbish! I bought a new cable for my iphone 5s from the store which the assistant assured me would be substantial. Once I had taken the charger home and charged my phone ect the cable broke, leaving half of the charger in my phone, no less than 2 hours after I had bought it. I went back the following day to ask for a replacement as the product was clearly faulty, the assistant manager told me that the product wasn't in fact faulty and they would not be able to replace it. Furthermore that it was my fault the charger had broken because I had snapped it!

I went in for a replacement SIM card. The staff were very helpful after I explained what I needed - they went out of their way to transfer my phone numbers from one handset to another while the SIM activated.
