I looked at various companies to install an A/c unit in my bedroom and we were confident to go ahead with Matt. It was easy to communicate with Matt and within a few hours I had various prices and a date to complete the job. We never felt pressured or obliged and were given very useful advice. Matt came to see the job at the time agreed and materials were delivered a day before he was due to start the work and he ensured everything was here before he started. Matt Kept us updated of any changes but he kept to what we agreed. Matt was very professional, polite and extremely respectful. Matt was very accommodating and installed on the day we requested and on short notice. The whole installation was done within a day. Before Matt left everything was clean, you don’t find many tradesmen who work to such a high standard. We felt Matt carried the work out to very high standards and felt he treated us more like family then just another customer. He was extremely respectful of our property as he would his own. By the time Matt completed the installation at mines, my mother and brother wanted theirs done which again was done very professionally and done within a week. We become friends by the end of it all. Have already recommend Matt to many friends & family. Thank you again and appreciate everything you did for us.

After waiting many days to get quotes from a few companies who needed chasing up multiple times, reached out to Matt on WhatsApp who prepared detailed quotations for my multiple requirements on the same day. Stumbled across Matt on Facebook marketplace after looking at aircon for our bedroom for a while. From initial contact the service was top notch. Fast response to messages, no pressure sales, as well willing to work around your availability. The price was excellent for the supply and install, using quality systems (mitsubishi heavy industry). Parts were delivered the day before so everything ready to go on the day. Matt is incredibly polite and professional, I cannot fault the service received from start to finish and would fully recommend anyone thinking of having air conditioning to not hesitate and get in contact with him, you won't be disappointed!

What can I say, Matt gave us a fantastic system at a fantastic price. He was extremely helpful and accommodating at all times, pleasant, friendly and professional. Within a day he had fitted a system in two rooms, cleaned up and taken all the packaging away with him. I had a 6.3kw Mitsubishi unit fitted. I have to say, I was very impressed with how professional Matt's work was from his tidy wiring and pipework. Very professional service and good communication. I would definitely recommend him to my friends & family.

This review has been written three months on from the job being completed. With the aim of providing an honest and detailed review of my experience using MF Air Conditioning and Refrigeration. Highlighting, not only the process involved, but a reference for all potential new customers that are considering having air conditioning installed in a domestic setting. I initially sourced three quotes from companies in the Leicester/Leicestershire area; all offering varying suggestions, methods and overall finished product. On reflection, I have to make it clear that MF Air Conditioning and Refrigeration exceeded their competitors even at this stage. The owner, Matt was happy to provide a quote at a time and date that suited me; he arrived promptly and was assertive but by no means pushy throughout the quotation. Unlike other companies, he allowed me to explain my ideas and thought process, before offering his. Matt, was transparent and honest he provided me with lots of different options to consider and made it clear his professional stand point, if I hadn’t considered particular aspects. It was clear Matt is both a knowledgeable and a highly skilled professional, he provided that technical and practical support. Not the ‘appeasing voice’ or ‘sales patter’ theme that came with the other two companies. For example; 1) Location of internal/ external units (weighing up cost, practicality and optimum positioning depending on the rooms layout). 2) Size and types of units to consider. 3) Snap shot costs, to provide rough estimates as I wanted installs in multiple rooms. (Prices confirmed on quote). 4) Honest about the rational for using a certain brand over others. His practical experience, warranty of products offered and quality of product used. One major consideration for me was the aesthetics of the external work, especially the pipework. The other two companies as well as many others I had seen online appeared to leave the external pipework clipped to the wall with no covering and very little effort was made to improve the appearance of the install. The comment I received from one of the companies was ‘this was standard practice’. Again, this is where MF Air Conditioning stood out from the rest. Without prompting, Matt recommended trunking to match guttering/facia ensuring all pipe work is housed and protected. He also installed all relevant drainage pipes (which was not standard practice) and high quality coloured brackets which matched the condenser units. He even went as far and ensured that extra material (pipe work and clips) were provided should I ever decide to landscape an element of the garden. Granted not every customer would want this level of detail or finish, particularly if it was an install at a business premises. However, after researching MF Air Conditioning’s previous work, it is evident that Matt is able to tailor each job to the customers specification, needs and price range. Throughout this job, Matt was profession, clean, tidy and above all else the level of detail and care was clear to see throughout. Room by room, no marks, damage or inconsistency was noticed. Small things, but in my opinion demonstrating such a high level of courtesy and respect goes a long way in a customer’s home. Matt was happy to explain the process of maintaining each unit and did recommend an annual service, particularly in relation to maintaining the warranty on each product. Matt was punctual and on time every day. He ensured the job ran to time and kept me updated should he of needed additional time to complete the work (Install completed on time). One week after completing the job, Matt checked in with me to see all was in order, despite the job being complete and full payment been made. This level of customer service, in my opinion is a rarity and as a customer refreshing to see. In conclusion, if you are sitting on the fence, just invest and enjoy your home environment all year around. I wouldn’t bother researching a company; I have done it for you! Big thanks again Matt for all of your efforts!

Matt did a stella job on my Aircon install yesterday nice and discreet, he pulled out all the stops to get it installed with a tight deadline. His work was impeccable he was done within 3 hrs. My partner is quite fussy and was very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of Matt's work. He was pleasant and patient explaining how it worked which helps as I struggle with technology lol. Last nights sleep was amazing with the aircon I cant believe I didnt do it years ago and the unit is so quiet I could barely hear it.
