I had bonding of 10 teeth with perfect results. Very happy. The dentists were extremely professional and really listened to what I wanted. The clinic was very welcoming, elegant and clean. The price worthy for the type of work I had. I definitely recommend this dentist clinic.

All of the staff are lovely but this place is extremely difficult to get hold of. Honestly wouldn’t have booked my treatment here if I had known. Not good for people with anxiety!

I had a really great experience at this clinic. From the first visit I was reassured by all the staff who were all really knowledgeable about my treatment. I had been wanting porcelain veneers for a very long time and finally decided to invest in changing my smile. On the day of treatment, everything went like clockwork and now I'm overwhelmed now with how great my smile is. My confidence is 10x more than it used to be. I'm very grateful to the whole team.

I had a very good experience with the dental experts clinic. I was recommended the practice by a friend who had a drastic improvement and I wanted to see what I could achieve. After a very thorough consultation I chose to have porcelain veneers. The admin and the actual procedure was very efficient and straightforward and the aftercare was top notch. I am amazed with the result and could not recommend them enough.

I had an awesome dentist in the states that I saw for years so was very nervous when I moved here to find a new dentist. I was intro'd to dental experts by a colleague and I very happy I came here. The service and skill level is very high and the results were nothing short of perfection. I had cosmetic bonding for 10 teeth and after a long appointment I was literally amazed with my smile. Very poor in replying to emails and messages. No one ever answers the phone. Ive been here 3 times and my first consultation, they were over 3 hours late. Didnt even inform me beforehand that they were running late.Got there and was told to come back as they were going to message me after an hour but they never did. No proper waiting room “due to covid”. You will end up having to wait and stand outside until called.
2nd appointment I booked for 8 am,got seen around 8:30.Felt like It was rushed towards the end as receptionist came in the room to say the next patient is already outside waiting so dentist rushed the last 2-3 teeth.Didnt have time to finish the top teeth properly that day for final retouches so I was told to book another appointment so they could change anything needed.
3rd appointment, got there again on time only to be told that their treatment rooms were fully booked and I have to walk to the other clinic which was 10mins away.No apologies or anything for this change. Booked for 8 am and didnt get seen till 9am.
One of the machines didnt work at the beginning which caused another delay therefore I wasnt able to finish everything yet again!Got told to come back for another appointment as they were running late again for the next person.Overall its a very unorganised clinic.Receptionists are very hard to get hold of, no one apologises for all the inconvenience or contact you beforehand of any delays/changes. Your treatment will be rushed as most people only get 2hr treatment time. Very Unprofessional.

Coming to dentalexperts uk was the best decision I ever made. I was recommended this clinic by 2 of my friends who had been before. They explained everything in lots of detail and even though I was impatient to get it all done, they made sure I understood everything. I had full upper and lower emax veneers and they look incredible and feels normal after only a few days.

Although a review appointment is free and no limit on it i have to say the job done by the lady who works here is satisfactory. Not to mention i have to travel from manchester so it's hard organising another trip to london with my busy work schedule and all the other expenses that go with it. It was a very rushed experience. The lady performing my treatment constantly checked her watch and even at one point told me to hurry up on my toilet break because she is running out of time. It really felt like she had something better to do. A lot of being told what she thinks is right for my teeth and what looks best on me. The white has now become very dull and the coverage on the bottom looks half hearted. I had originally jagged bottom teeth which were not filed straight. The top two teeth were shaped ok but it looks like ive got a chip in my tooth with how she shaped it, when asking her to change it i was repeatedly told again what looks good for me. I can not say i am pleased at all. The images they share make composite bonding look outstanding but i have to say it is a no from me and the service i was provided by them is also a no. I hope something will be done when i arrange a review appointment but i would not recommend this to anyone. Not to mention you can not get through to them via phone call. Messages on instagram take a while to be read, sometimes even numerous messages need to be sent before you get a response. Perhaps i did not get lucky with the lady who performed my bonding but it is not good enough when spending so much money.( i payed for 16 teeth. 8 top 8 bottom). Its tuck 6 months to get booked in for a review appointment!!!!

Appalling customer service. I was due to have composite bonding done today at 8am which got cancelled yesterday. I rang back and said I'm not happy as I've taken annual leave for this day and they said they would ring me back but I'm still waiting. They don't answer the phone either. Shocking.

I am very disappointed with the dental experts, I am awaiting a full refund which should of been in my bank by yesterday, I have called and asked for a call back as nobody is answering the phone but have still not heard anything from them, I would not recommend this company. I have now received my refund but I would still not change my rating, from start to finish i found the experience bad. To start with the night before I received a message saying I would be at a different clinic to what I should of been, I had booked a hotel near the clinic I should of been booked into and I was travelling with my friend who was also booked into the same clinic. The morning of my appointment I was told they were running 1 hour behind, this was at 09.30. When me and my friend arrived at the hotel she received an email about the procedure saying there may be drilling needed and it may take up to 3 visits, this does not show on there website and we had never been told this, we asked when we booked if they needed pictures of our teeth and they said no. I went for my treatment at the other clinic, when I arrived I was greeted by the gentleman at the reception who was nothing to do with the dental experts and worked for the company who the practice belonged to, I was sat for an hour before anyone came to see me for my appointment. Finally in the chair the dentist, who was fantastic said my teeth were crooked and there would be too much drilling she would have to do which would be no good for my teeth. So after travelling from Derbyshire to London, paying for a hotel and food, taking 2 days off work, clinic being changed and waiting for an hour for my appointment nothing was done.
