My daughter plays the classical guitar. She started lessons from primary school and moved on to private tuition.
It was time for her next guitar as she out grew her 3/4 Classical guitar. She asked me to help her find a suitable transition, but with no experience, I turned to the Internet and forums. I was overwhelmed with the information and types of guitars to find the right one for the next transition, so I decided to visit a shop that sells instruments, hoping for personalised help.
Sen from Wembley Music Centre sat down and helped us figure out what would be the next guitar suitable for my daughter and couldn't ask for better service.
Thank you for your help, nothing beats face to face advice and seeing and hearing the instruments in person. We really appreciated the advice and time you spent with us.

They have a range of goods to pick from. Super friendly staff. Parking available on front. You can have a go at the drum kits or guitars to help you make up your mind. Overall its highly recommended for all your instruments/ PA needs.

I went to try out a Roland Electronic drum kit I was planning on purchasing. The staff were friendly, attentive and informative without doing any hard sell. They were flexible with the pricing to match other competitive shop prices, plus learning that Roland do zero % finance helped. They were also very resposive to my partner's questions who is not a musician. They had rooms where you can try out the drum kits by prior appointment by phone which made choosing the right kit so much easier. All this coupled with having nearly everything in stock made us buy the kit there and then. Very happy shopping experience.

Picked up the stunning TAMA Starclassic walnut birch kit yesterday in phantasm oyster... hyper drive toms, 2 up 2 down.
Just thought Id write a note to say thanks to Roy for being awesome as usual with preparing the kit for me and the friendly smile that typifies this place.
THE best drum shop in England, with THE best service. All the staff are so polite and you never feel rushed when in there. So helpful and knowledgable.

My Son and I (both Drummers!) popped in and stayed for FIVE HOURS yesterday to look at kits and lots more. We bought a lovely Starclassic kit in the end.
The service was unbeatable - and I have been to many music shops over my life...this was THE BEST by a scream. The patience, and help from Roy was superb. Kept supplying us with different cymbals, pedals, kits, literally all day. We even had lunch and came back to give him a rest!! My Son wouldn't shup I the car about how nice Roy was! (you have a fan Roy)… Anyway.. we are coming back next week when a new snare comes in on order. Any excuse to go back!! Thanks Roy for a truly great day my friend!!

Picked up a stunningTAMA Starphonic snare which Roy ordered for us. Great speed of service!. Plus we had another 4 hour residency in our own dedicated room which was so cool. We were trying pedals and cymbals - which was the order of our day this time. As usual Roy was totally helpful setting up stuff for us. It takes time sometimes deciding on what to buy and Wembley Drum Centre totally 'get it' - and made us feel at home. So - next time we go - we know what to get!! A drummer can never have too many Zildjians thats all Ill say... haha. Thanks again Roy and can't wait to see the new Starclassic kit we have on order. Yum Yum!!

The Good, the Bad and the Ugly- My new Fender Alternate Reality Powercaster came out to me within a week, which was brilliant all things considered just now! However, the guitar was not in perfect condition when it got here (or when it left the store). The finish on the first fret was scraped off, and there was a fair bit of fret buzz to it too which makes me think the guitar wasn't checked over in the shop before being sent out. The shop offered to pay for a repair if it wasn't too costly to do, but unfortunately it was (and that was fair enough, really the bulk of the blame here lies with Fender). As the issue was cosmetic I opted to live with it and the shop offered some store credit as compensation. That stuff also arrived pretty fast.

I went to get my strings changed on my schecter Ultracure, a guitar that cost me over £1,000. The person who did it caused physical damage to the finish on my guitar. Just below the bridge there is a small dent on an otherwise perfect condition guitar. This would definitely have been noticed by the worker. I understand mistakes happen, however the dishonesty hurts the most. Admitting the wrongdoing, apologising for it and waiving the fee would have been a nice gesture.

Extremely disappointed at the lack of customer service. Firstly while searching for a parking space an employee swiftly pushed in front and proceeded to you foul language.
After entering the shop we where not greeted and made to feel welcome. This made my two friends and I feel quite uncomfortable. I felt a slight undertone of prejudice when asking if we could use the DEMO ROOMS. we where told that they where for “customers wanting to try equipment” - What were we there for?
I am a professional musician and I am always looking for new gear close to home. Sadly this isn’t the place I can do that. It is also not the first time I’ve been treated like this here. I can say that I will no longer be investing in or visiting this establishment.

I was looking for a new drum kit so went to try some out. Matt was very helpful. He lugged three kits across the store and set them up so I could try them out. He also helped me find the best sound for my playing and was able to answer any questions I had. He was very knowledgable on the subject.

Excellent place. A gem in the industrial wilderness of the Wembley industrial area. Matt was very helpful in our choosing a drum kit. He showed us various options. The center is very well stocked and the staff very knowledgeable about the stuff. They also offered a finance option. With the advent of website based sales it is very easy to forget that good advice and great customer service is so essential when purchasing a musical instrument.

Great experience and really helpful staff. Nothing too much trouble and very relaxing. They set up the kit I wanted with all the hardware and cymbals and allowed me to try it out for an hour or so, and tea provided! Walked out with a brand new Tama Classic on order.
