Good car wash..., but always a better quality of wash when the boss is there, though!! They don’t bother blackening the wheels when he’s not there. But they all do a reasonable job on the whole. Slightly annoying when you only go for an outside wash and you’re behind a person who is having a complete Valet done, inside and out, and you’re waiting behind them. It is worth the wait, though. :)

Been a quite a few times to this car wash since moving, they have always got the job done and well. Today had particularly friendly staff! and who I'm assuming as the owner, was lovely. Very affordable, fairly quick. Not really an issue but when it's busy it's one way system so you have to wait in line until the cars in front are finished. I've never had to wait more than 15 mins.

The Lady that takes the money just seems to make the prices up as she goes along. Big statement to say prices non negotiable yet for just an interior hover its £20 and then completed poorly! Since the new management has taken over this place is not even recognisable as the reliable business it once was. Real shame ! Strongly recommend you dont waste your time.

We have been using this car wash company for 5 years for our fleet of prestige vans and cars, always a great pleasure to deal with, the owner Tim was most hepful with removing a stratch on our range rover SVR,, they have just invested in new spray foam cleaning system, the results are amazing, please try this Car wash its a hidden Gem

Awful! It was my first time at this car wash as I normally clean my car myself. I was directed to the bottom before being laughed at by two other men for going the “wrong way”- as directed. One man started washing my car WHILST MY WINDOWS WERE DOWN!! I had to shout for him to stop. They then all laughed instantly despite water having gone in my vehicle. The attitude here is just awful.
Two of the men had no understanding of how to be polite and even started exploring my vehicle when opening the doors to dry. I asked them if everything was okay after one had called another guy round to my boot and pointed at my equipment in the back, speaking in a different language and laughing. I got out the car and explained to them that I have had an awful experience for what should have been a relaxing ten minutes sitting in my own car.
I said at the end of my visit that this is not how i expected to be dealt with and that I found the whole experience really uncomfortable. They apologised but pretended they were laughing at other things. You don’t have to speak the same language to understand body language - even my dog understands pointing.

Took over an hour to clean just the outside of the car, if someone at front wants a full valet you are stuck behind waiting as it's a single lane car wash, if I knew this at first I would have driven past.

One of the best places (if not the best) to get your car cleaned in Brighton. The entry is slightly hidden on the main road but once you know where it is you'll never forget. Get your car cleaned inside and out or just out, you will be asked on arrival. Always well staffed, lots of friendly staff spraying, scrubbing, wiping, vacuuming, drying and cleaning cars. How ling it takes depending on how busy it is but they run a tight ship asking drivers to move along their cleaning production line, it can take anywhere between 20 to 30 minutes from start to finish. There is a little customer waiting area near the exit. I've used them dozens of times and always pleased with results and service. Highly recommended.

I've used this car wash many times and always found them very thorough and friendly! Very nice manageress and staff. For £15 today they made my car look like new inside and out, including using some magic product which removed a paint mark from another car. You even get a hanging air freshener. I think it's excellent value and worth waiting for half-an-hour to get your car immaculate. You can even leave your keys and go for a coffee!!
Will carry on using them!

On entry the signs only explain prices, not wait time or if you can pay by card etc I had to wait behind two cars who were being cleaned inside the vehicles when mine wasn't but I couldn't get past as they didn't move the cars to one side so could leave. 25 mins later I paid by card and was charged 50p, not annoyed about the 50p but why I wasn't explained to. They weren't rude but not polite either, the clean was ok but it took so long to leave it's put me off ever going there again.

Did a mini valet for 25 quid on Peugeot 207 and made a good job of it. Basic wash etc 15 quid for same car. Prices do vary depending on car size. Guys friendly.

I’ve been taking my car here every two weeks for several months now. Never had a problem until recently when the owner hasn’t been there. The owner is very friendly and in a way a perfectionist. He inspects cars at all times during the wash and makes sure that the cars are tip-top before leaving his premises. However, the last two times I’ve been left a little disappointed.

The worst place to go. I worked there so I know what I'm saying. The owner, Tim, is a jerk , at the end of he day is taking all the tips, so that all the tips from the clients, are going in his pocket, not to any of his employees. Also, he doesn't pay the extra hours. You can ask any worker, that's the truth. You have to take care because he's using a kind of industrial forbidden substance to clean the wheels and to make the car more shiny, which affects your paint. Being there, I saw a lot of people complaining about the paint after washing their cars there. I will defitely won't wash my car there never, he doesn't care about his clients, he cares about his pocket. Most of the employees are working without contract, so if you wash the car there you're helping the slavery. THE MOST IMPORTANT THING : DON'T LEAVE TIPS, YOU'RE LEAVING TIPS TO THE OWNER. The guys are doing a very good job, working hard, why do that idiot have to take them tips?

Been using this car wash for 3 years and can say the service and quality is second to none,
Never had a bad experience and English speaking owner Tim is always over seeing he's guys and is on site most of the time,
Tried most other car washes in the area but none come close to this place, you may have to wait a while sometimes but the wait is worth the quality of wash you get

Went to this car wash where I have been going to for years,I asked for a wash and valet went back paid the guy fine the next morning I went to my car to find I had a parking ticket for not displaying my parking permit,when I looked at the screen I noticed that the permit was missing from the magnetic holder,so of I went back to the car wash I told the guy who had done the car the day before explained to him what had happened that somebody who ever had cleaned the inside of my car had removed it or stolen it,well I might as well have saved my breath,the guy wasn't interested I told him to contact the owner which he did in there own language but I got the same response from him not interested,I wondered what good it could be to them,but I'm told that they pass hands for considerable amounts of money in Brighton,so I thought I would warn people to watch out if they use BEACONSFIELD HAND CAR WASH if they are prepared to steal a parking permit what else goes missing from your car,I have never checked my car before but I will in the future,you have been warned.there are plenty more car washes in Brighton.

This place used to be pretty good. But recently it’s gone down hill. Each tkme they clean my cars they miss something which needs to be rectified with a walk round be I leave. Last time it was thick mud on my pedals - your missable!
They also used to use air pressure decide to get rid of water in grills etc but last time on my new RR they didn’t so water marks all over the car once in motion. Pretty poor standard.

Price goes up, quality goes down. Takes on average 1 hour and 15 minutes from start to finish. They tell you 30 minutes and to go for a walk. You come back and it's still not ready for 45 minutes. By that time you're just annoyed and want to get out. I started coming here when it was £9 and now it £14!!??

Don't go here- they hardly even clean your car- I paid £27 to get it cleaned inside and out and the floors done, and got very little for my money. I pointed out that they hadn't cleaned the doors, the boot, the middle section, nor even washed the floor. They then refused to let me out, which was very intimidating as my car was stuck in there. The boss came along and just started shouting at me. Horrific experience. I advise women not to go there on their own.

Took one hour to get an exterior wash midday of a Thursday in December! Hardly peak season!
£17 for an exterior clean and interior vac is also may too much, so I went for a £10 exterior and windows.
I could have done inside and out myself in an hour!
Maybe I’m spoiled in London, but I get inside and out for £10 and it takes about 20 min.
Not impressed at all.

I was shocked to find how expensive this has become. Only 2 years ago I got a good wash in and out for only £12, upon going there the other day I was mugged off £25!! Back in Sheffield I got a great mini valet for literally a tenner. My car was nice and shiny afterwards but they took so long to wipe the windows and I was in a bit of a rush so didn't really feel too good about forking out that much to wait around. The lady there was pretty rude to me as well, literally told me it was expensive because my car was "dirty" - excuse me but the whole point of a car wash is to get rid of the dirt?! And why not advertise the price before I drive in? Kind of felt like a scam as I was already trapped in there by the time I was told the price. Will have to go elsewhere or just wash it myself next time!

Very unhappy with damage done to my vehicle. Paint scrubbed off on all four the alloy wheels, plus lacquer torn away on bumper. Outside washed, but inside not cleaned. They clearly don't care, so be warned.
