Nice place, car was well cleaned but I didn't like that they used a petrol generator

Right next to Tesco’s car park. You car get there from Blatchington Road. Good value for money, £15 to wash the car inside and out. Very convenient too as you can go to shop in George Street or to get some groceries in Tesco.

Took both mine and my boyfriend’s car to Brighton Car Wash this morning, incredibly impressed with the service received, both cars are immaculate despite one being very overdue a clean! Given the other reviews, I must have come on a bad day, or just bought the wrong service. May be ok for a quick cheap wash, but the 25 quid tier 4 service was really badly made. Car was waxed with something cheap and not buffed, so it's all stained and less shiny that if it wasn't waxed at all. Interior is all greasy and marked, again with cheap products and no proper wiping. Exterior has many parts that make clearly visible that it was washed on a rush and with very little attention to detail. Edit after reply: You could have just said "I'm sorry for your experience, we'll take measures to increase the quality", but you preferred fighting back the opinion of a customer about your business. I left the car there at 11.30, and collected it at 14 (1h after you said it would be ready). You had more than enough time to do a good job, handed me the keys as a "job done", and only offered to fix the issues after I pointed them out. And no, I did not had the time to stay there waiting. I spent the next day finding other problems, the interior is all marked, everything was done in a rush. You claim to be the cheapest in Brighton, but given your previous ratings I was expeting you to be good too. This was the worst wash my car ever had.
