I would recommend M-20 Animal Hospital to anyone. Two of my dog's got into a fight with a porcupine & the quills was awful. I called them they got me in right way. You couldn't ask for better staff. They were all friendly. When they was all done the Dr. came out to let me know how they did & what they had to do. I'll definitely be going back.

Words cannot express how grateful I am for these people! I went to Petsmart hospital and they couldn't tell me much about my Oliver, just that he had kidney issues. They were rude to me and rough with my cat. I knew he was in pain and finally made the decision to put him down because I couldn't stand to see him suffer. They did a couple tests and were able to tell me exactly what was going on. He was beyond help (kidneys had completely failed and full of tumors) and in lots of pain, so even the doctor agreed the most humane thing to do was to put him down. The absolute hardest thing I had to do, but it was for the best. I am so grateful that these guys were able to give me solid answers and they all had compassion for me and my baby. Everyone was so kind and so helpful. I will use this place for all future pets and will recommend to everyone. They are affordable and so kind!! Thank you so much for giving me peace of mind and taking such good care of my little guy.

This place is highly recommended..great people prompt service and very well explained in detail what's going on with your animal.took xray and gave us antibiotics for him and sent us on our way..our visit was about a half hour..great place to get your pet takin care of

Really great vet got us right in same day for emergency visit after my vet couldn't for 2weeks but they managed and was cheaper and really amazing staff that was nice to our puppy husky and us highly recommend

I have been taking my dogs there because it was well recommended. One time it felt like they didn't get part of the problem (the covid restrictions might have caused that, as I could not go inside and talk to the vet) and I made specific requests based on past consults somewhere else. They helped promptly.

I had to very recently take my Cat into them...they got her in the very day I called and she was a new pt. for them. They were extremely pleasant, professional, and very caring. Unfortunately the out come for my furry best friend wasn't good...she was very sick. Dr. Megan was very compassionate and very understanding to this situation....I would recommend this place to anyone who needs care for their fur babies. THEY WE'RE EXCEPTIONAL!! The best doctors, techs, and assistants!! We followed Dr. Peterson there from her previous location, and beyond glad that we did! Our pets are our children, and I couldn't trust anywhere to take care of them more than M-20 animal hospital!! So greatful for their services!!

We our favorite Vet, Dr Bob, retired. We researched reviews and found M20 Animal Hospital. What a find! Everyone we met was kind, happy and extremely professional. They did a very thorough yearly exam and both our dogs loved them, even though one of our dogs is terrified of all adult strangers. We were very impressed and recommend highly!

They were fantastic. We called about an emergency and they said they couldn't squeeze us in, but when we asked if they knew anywhere that could they still got our baby in. (and helped him much faster than I was expecting)

We are new to the practice and the area. The staff were kind and were able to diagnose our cat quickly and efficiently with pancreatitis. I appreciate that they were able to treat him with an antibiotic shot so we didn't have to fight to give him meds. The prices were quite reasonable. We look forward to working with them in the future.

I've been bringing my three cats here for 5 years and have had great service every time. You can tell everyone loves animals. You get a genuine sense that they care. They are gentle and treat your pet like it were there own.

The staff are completely amazing. We recently had to put our fur baby nino to sleep. They were so compassionate and made a horribly hard situation bearable. Then a week later we received a sympathy card and a pack of forget me nots to plant in his memory. I'm so thankful for them.

Very nice people! I had a sick puppy and I called everywhere to get her in and nobody would take her because we were not existing patients even though my puppy was in bad condition. this hospital didn't hesitate and got her right in they had her back to normal in just a few hours! They actually care about the well-being of your pet and that's hard to find around here ????

I am not kidding when I say this entire staff treats all the animals as their own.
Our puppy was very very sick. Everything seemed to be unknown. Opal, our white spotted pittie is our baby. Our best friend. A part of our family. After, many tests, surgeries, medications, and four days impatient, Opal is home with us.
M20 Animal Hospital will truly do anything and everything they can to help your pet.

My bunny needed to get one stitch out after his nueter. They had no appointments for a few weeks but Melissa got me in anyway, which I greatly appreciated! The vet tech that came to the car was so sweet and I wasnt concerned at all that he had to go in without me. A few weeks later I got a welcome letter signed by all the staff, that's rarely done. I will definitely be sticking with them as my bunny's vet. Thank you M-20 Animal Hospital!

My dog was injured playing in the backyard and I was concerned for a break in his foot. His regular vet would not see him the same day, so we went here. They saw him within the hour and had a surgery to correct this the same day. Everyone I spoke to was very kind and they handled my dog very well. I definitely recommend this place to any one looking for a vet for their animal.

After calling 7 or 8 other vets in the Saginaw Area, including my normal vet who couldnt get me in until the next day(Bridegeport Animal Hospital), these guys said they would take an emergency pet. My dog had heat stroke, which has never happened and we play all the time. They got him in got him cooled down and taken care of and the price wasnt too bad. Very friendly, informative, and just all around a good team. Would recommend them 100 times

I haven't personally been here but I had a yellow jacket sting emergency with my pupper late at night and I facebooked them to see if they did after hours emergency care since there was no phone pickup and they responded back immediately and told me what to do. If it wasn't for them who knows what would have happened to my pupper girl. Just based on how they helped me on facebook I can just imagine how wonderful they are in person. So based on just that I highly recommend them.

The staff at M20 is a amazing . They get us in quick and address any concerns we have. Everyone genuinely cares about our animals and makes us feel comfortable. They answer any questions we have every time we visit. During a difficult time they came to our house last year to let our old dog feel at ease when she crossed the rainbow bridge. We are glad we found a great vet clinic when we moved here
