The worst car Wash I’ve been to, I went there to get my car cleaned it came out looking the same, didn’t even clean my rims and the man was smoking a cigarette and scratched my car with his belt... really not happy at all so no I really wouldn’t recommend going there, if you have any love for your car that is not the place to go honestly!!

Had been going here for 3 months every Sunday. They always made a nice job in & outside of my car, was very disappointed 3 weeks ago the next day to find my very expensive Oakley sunglasses had gone from my glove compartment the worst thing was someone had taken the glasses out of the box & put the box back hoping i would not notice,
Complained later that afternoon spoke to the assistant manager gave him my phone number & he told me he would pass it on to the relevant manager as to date I've heard nothing.
It's a real shame that the trust has gone , so I will not be going back there, because someone is light fingered and they obviously don't care

Great service! I left my car for a valet today.
Two Romanian guys worked on it. Absolutely happy with the results. The car looks like new.
All the hard stains from the white canopy and from other white plastic elements have been completely removed. All spotless: seats, windows, dashboard etc.
The exterior has been polished to a very high standard.
Mr. Robbie, if you ever read these reviews, then please take a good care of your hardworking staff.

Although I am a non driver, this place has come to my attention due to the fact that I drink my morning espresso at the coffee shop adjacent to the car wash and my morning view is invariably a queue of cars waiting for service of a hand wash or valet service at the Hove station car wash. The drivers of the vehicles are quickly attended to, the cars are jet washed and then hand polished by polite, hard working staff who work in all weathers mostly in good cheer. They appear to provide a comprehensive cleaning service and customers return on a regular basis.

I thought that at £9 it was on the expensive side but soon discovered it was value for money. Simply the best car wash I have experienced. All carefully washed, including opening all four doors to wash the sills, then just as carefully dried. A first class job!

Went there today it was very busy, they charged me £25 for a wash and mini valet. PAID my money got home and had look over car. IT was absolutely terrible, never took out the carpet mats full of dirt under them on car carpet, every door and boot surround was not even washed, had to ask for a car freshener as did others there, bonnet was still dirty along with my boot dirty. went back and showed them my car, did not understand a word any of them said as they were not speaking English, then the owner came over who did speak English, showed him around my car and he said get back in the line and we will do it again, I SAID NO, never had such a bad experience ever at a car wash. Owner would not give me my money back. stay well away

Left scratches all over I assume from not cleaning their sponges. The worker had a cigarette hanging out his mouth whilst he was cleaning. I had to go back after it was done because it was still dirty, and even after the second time when I got home I cleaned some bits again, and I'm not picky at all about this stuff, but waste of money.

Poor cleaning skills, no attention to detail, I found cobwebs in the door shuts, loads of polish inside and not removing the dirt.
Paid for a £25 for a mini valet, gave them an hour to complete it - they must have spent 1 minute cleaning my car and 59 minutes counting the money! I will not be returning and would inform friends to go somewhere else

Do not take your cars here.
Left my new car with them so that i could withdraw some cash and when I came back the inside of the car was flooded with water. the person responsible had rolled both the passenger and driver windows down and there were two of them spraying water at the car all the while ignoring the open windows.
If I had been there any late, they would have continued flooding the interior of my car to a point where they could have shortcut the entertainment and display system.
When I confronted them and told them to stop spraying water at the car they continued and said ' it will be fine, we wipe, we clean good' .
My car still smells and feels damp from that day and its been more then a week.
These guys are cowboys and will give a damn about causing damage to your cars.
KEEP AWAY FROM HERE YOU ARE BETTER OFF USING ANY SHELLS CAR WASH.

Absolutely robbing bastards. Spent about 2 mins cleaning the inside. Worst car wash I’ve been too! The inside of my car was filthy still, they all made me feel uncomfortable after I complained Laughing at me. Will never be returning the outside still had dirt on it not too not happy!!!! No effort went into the clean what so ever. LAZY!

£9 for 5 minutes that could put your life at risk. They use the cloth on your windscreen they use on your oily alloys and everywhere else , meaning grease wiped all over it which is ok until it gets dark and it starts to rain. There I was trying to see where I was going at 70mph on the motorway when my windscreen looked like someone spread cold lard on it. Visibility was close to zero from the glare. When I returned to explain, they blamed anything else they could think of.
Poor standards all around including several bird poo marks left behind as well.

I will NEVER go back there again. The manager was so SO RUDE when I complained to him about the way my car was getting cleaned, he was shouting at me not having the decency to listen to what I had to say and then telling me that he doesn’t want my custom, as if i would. Their work and attitude is absolutely appalling. 10mins for a slap dash car wash, I was the only car getting a filthy wash at that time ( Now I know why). Daylight Robbery. They don’t deserve any business. £16 what a WASTE.
