Awful service. I took my car here to get a good clean so I can put it up for sale and the front bumpers had the paint strip off from the jet wash. I wouldn't have minded as much if I was told about it but the people are so dishonest they just stood in front of it when they gave my keys back so I couldn't see. Then I was shortchanged for the service. I will never be returning to this place.

Really fantastic car wash. My car looked amazing, very professional finish.
The staff were really friendly and efficant, and the manager could not have been more helpful. Good value for money. I would highly recomend this car wash over the others i have tried in Brighton.

Pretty awful. Paid for the 5 star wash, seats were still dirty and marked, door runners had not been cleaned(as per photo). Car had clearly not been finished. Would not use again. Plenty of marks on outside of car.
Edited to add that the owner has been in contact to say that my door runners aren't dirty but scuffed. The marks are most assuredly dirt. Either way, I'll be steering clear of this place in future.

Maaaaaate! Took ma cheeky wagon over as it was covered in bird 'waste', i had also spilt a burger inside the car and it was humming like a madness, these mateyboys sorted me RIGHT out, 20 smackeroonis and the jobs a gooden, highly recommended and will slip back when the time is right xxx

I visited the car wash at the Marina today with my motorhome. The team were very friendly and the manager couldn’t do enough to help! The whole team busy themselves on making your vehicle look perfect and to add icing to the cake allowed us to fill our water up too!! Thanks to the whole team for being so friendly and accommodating!! Highly recommended!!

Arrived at the car wash today (23/12/2020) at 2pm well within their opening hours, patiently waited outside for over 20 mins, one of the employees came out shouted at me, i repeat, "shouted at me" to ask me leave. I am baffled as to why they refused my business and most importantly, how they felt justified shouting at their customers. If they were not interested in my business or were busy, they could have informed me nicely instead of shouting in my face like no tomorrow. I felt humiliated, distressed and confused. Having been their customer for over 5 years, it's safe to say I will never return nor recommend anyone to use their service anymore! What a unprofessional and disgrace of a company.

I have used this service for budget cleans for a number of years. Earlier in the year I had a couple of not so well done washes, but then a couple with no issues.
Annually, I have had problems with sap from a nearby tree, but a satisfactory wash hasn't been an issue before. Last wash I noticed the car still had a few sap spots. More recently, it was still dirty all over and as I noticed it when I went to recycle at Asda, I went straight back.
I was told they wouldn't redo it if I went back with the same problem. What would have been good manners and a more satisfactory solution would have been to mention this, potentially even advise that if I upgraded the clean they would get it off. Some years ago I was in the car park when they were painting near by and when I got back my car had small paint polka dots. The Marina arranged for me to take the car to the car wash and they got them all off. If they can get paint spots off, you would have thought they could get sap off.
I am now looking at alternatives and will not be recommending them or returning.

I went straight from you to Asda to recycle and could see the sap while the car was still wet. I was back within minutes so if I could see it, I am curious as to why you and colleagues were unable to?
You are the experts. When looking at other reviews the same thought came to me. When someone comes to you, you should be able to look at the car and tell them what any issues might be.
As stated, I have been coming to you for years. I also mentioned recent instances before the sap issues where the wash was not up to the usual standard. After all these years I wanted to give the company a chance, so returned. A subsequent wash, was much improved or I would have looked for an alternative sooner.
Previously I must have had sap washed off, but I never had any issues before. It might be that there was more or the sun had baked it on. Not sure who the manager is, but the guy who did all the poorer washes, along with colleagues as no other cars at the time, is the weak link for the company. If he is the Manager, shame on him.
We live in a city with quite a lot of trees and insufficient parking. The wind blows sap so saying not to park near a tree is not a helpful suggestion. As mentioned, paint spots were cleaned off, so why not sap?
In future, if you know the answers, tell your customers BEFORE they pay you for a poor quality job if the option they have requested is not going to give the outcome they are seeking. If I took something to a dry cleaners and said I wanted it washed, the dry cleaner would tell me if the fabric was not suitable for washing. You should be using your knowledge to steer your customers in the right direction.
It might just be timing, but for washes in recent months there have been no cars being washed or coming in behind me. A big change from how it used to be so perhaps others have voted with their wheels and not communicated their dissatisfaction to give you the feedback you need to succeed as a business.
I hope you take this as constructive criticism and take on board comments from complaints as they are what enable a business to grow and succeed.

Usually go here to get car washed. This time wanted the front seats cleaned. Left car there came back after shopping. Seats were still spot stained. Manager said we've used the machine on the stains 3 times. Went home wiped the spot stains hard with a wet wipe and the stains lifted. I think they spent about 5 minutes on it. They weren't that busy so very disappointed and would never go there again. Liars and £40 for nothing. I would have gone back but sold the car a couple of days later so didn't have the time. Hope they go bust for being big liars.
I see you have added your comments of more lies. The seats were not even damp no one said to me about bringing it back if the stains were still there. What do you gain by lying on here? You are the petty one for being so very dishonest.

Only been once. Not the best. They missed several spots on the wheels. Boot was still soapy. I'm sure they would have put it right if I'd gone back, but didn't have time.

I have used this car wash on and off for many years and feel that since this late chap is running it the place has improved o lot. I found him a Very helpful person and good value too, he Said he wouldn’t charged me if he couldn’t do the job! My car had a pot of sticky pink paint thrown on the bonnet and he did all he could to take it off. The car went in twice, and was washed with a substance to take away glue/paint. Although he managed to take the paint off the body work really effectively, the plastic around the windscreen, wipers, mirrors and bumper was harder and still has some smears and small blobs. I recommend this service as the honesty and willing to help was admirable.

First and last time here. Complete lack of attention to detail. All settings changed with no attempt to put back (radio, steering column, seats...). Dust left in vents, mud around pedals, leaves in boot frame, it goes on.

I paid £ 25 to have my car cleaned inside and out but I was extremely disappointed with the result. They hadn't even opened the ashtrays to clean them of debris. I asked them to pay attention to the steering wheel because it was dirty but that was not done either. £ 25 for external vacuum cleaner cleaning and dust (but not everywhere).

Complete rip off. Took my car in and went for shopping. Took home and noticed there were patches and not done properly. All the price that I had paid for it was wasted. Patches missed outside and floors. At the back still dusty. My 6 year would have done better job. Waste of money. To add on top, very very aggressive and rude workers. Never going there again.

Yes, I had taken my car few weeks ago and had the above mentioned issue. I do not take pictures and keep it for evidence to show in future occasions not do I have library of every issues in my life.
Regarding yesterday's incident. Yes it did happen but didn't want to shame your company too much. It was myself and my granddad. I do understand it was only for staffs. But my granddad who suffers from diabetics and high blood pressure was about to urinate in his pants as he could not hold any further. It was difficult enough for me to ask him to walk downstairs from the car park.
A chance for my granddad to urinate once would not have taken your company down or bankrupted your company and if it was your policy, you could have said rather than simply saying 'NO' with an attitude rudely to the old man.

23 quid and didnt hoover very well where spare tyre is, i did ask for this. A lot of dirt between door and frame of motor which i asked them to clean. Under drivers mats had not really cleaned that well. Overall inside was cleaned well and body looked good. I suppose for 23 quid you cant expect every part of the car to be shinning but did expect things to be done what i had asked for, maybe i didnt expalin it well enough. Either way i wont be going back.

Do not waste your money here, i took my Nissan Quasqai here, i was charged 28.50£ for a 5 star clean that doesnt even deserve one star, fingers in the windows, crumbles everywhere, even a foot print that my daughter did on the co-pilot seat was still there. I wish i had a look before i drove off, i was late for work and did not check otherwise i would have leave a complain.

I was asked £12 for just the outside and they didn't even dress the tires as it's paid extra on top of that price. Have been told they can do cheaper without drying... wait so you offer to rinse a car. Made my day!

Quality ok (used them before with another car, I had to show the bits which weren't cleaned properly but they did clean it once I asked them to do so (I shouldn't have to check but never mind)) but they are extremely EXPENSIVE. You can get a mobile valeting service done for the price! I went there the other day and asked how much to wash in and out of my little hatchback car, the guy asked me 'do you want the boot hoovered?' What a pointless question! Then I knew they must be expensive. I was quoted £22.50 to do a normal wash for my little hatchback in and out. So I left! Went to another local car wash; very friendly and great service; it was £16 to wash in and out which included the boot hoovering! While I was waiting I had a chat with another customer; and mentioned about the marina car wash; his words were; their prices are outrageous! I agreed totally.
I genuinely think that they are taking advantage of people just because they have a good location!!
I recommend people to contact Trading Standards to complain about this carwash place which I will be doing.
