Had car cleaned yesterday evening before they closed car was still dirty outside and inside been going many years and the quality of this service has gone down massively

This experience was terrible. The employees made my friend and I incredibly uncomfortable, we were directed to the back and every single employee then stood there staring at us and pointing. As two twenty something women, I found this to be very intimidating and unnecessary. Will NOT be returning.
