I am 100% agree with " Martin thomas " Comments, They are really dodgy people, I experienced same as "Martin thomas" did. Basically owner of the place is careless and rude too, workers are very dodgy and lazy, they do not like to wash or vacuuming, they use dirty cloths which make car dirty as well, I had been spending £15, £20, £25, I tried to complain several times but they are rude people eventually I stopped using this facility.

Two words “Never Again” took car here to be washed and vacuumed to say a blind man could have done a better job. I was busy on phone so didn’t really check car over. But when I got home didn’t have to look too hard to see that this was a waste of money. 1st I noticed that they didn’t take up the mats I could see dirt around edges and when lifted matts you could tell it wasn’t hovered underneath. Then I noticed none of Door seals or boot had been wiped properly. I could continue to list how bad this wash was but I’m sure if you feel like wasting 12-20 pounds you could find out yourself it’s such a shame no one takes pride in there work anymore what is happening to this country☹️

One of the best places to get your vehicle cleaned from motorbike, car and van. The staff are always very friendly and professional. They are thorough with their cleaning and if ever you think they have missed a bit, will always sort it there and then without hesitation or argument. Prices are reasonable and you don't have to wait long. A little diamond of a place. Worth a visit

They do their best but it's not always great. The owner is very cocky. On two occasions I've commented on the service and he said he's rich so can do whatever he wants, and on the 2nd occasion when I talked about the service and the importance of referrals he said there are enough people in London whose cars need washing for him not to care about reviews. So be warned. They charge a lot more now for an okay job. And with the bad attitude, it's not worth it.

The owner has a very bad attitude and customer relationship. Ever since he started, I’d been washing my car there he had a very small clientele and was a pleasant person. Since the closure of the car wash at Homebase, his business boomed. Decided to bump his price up and became very cocky and rude. I forgot my phone in the car whilst it was being cleaned out; Went to get it. He turned around and told me that if I do not trust them with my phone and think my phone has been stolen, he would ‘slice my throat’! Never going there again.

This is not somewhere to take your car! They tried to force me into a service I didn’t want, I only wanted the standard inside and out wash which is meant to be £12. The owner then said the wash was £20. I refused to pay it as the vehicle wasn’t finished and the inside had not been touched. Before I new it I was surrounded by 6 men and threatened, all this while my 7 year old son was present! Disgusting man and disgraceful service would advise anyone in there right mind to avoid this place.

What type of Business/Business Owner tells their customers to not come back because you pointed out a few dripping water marks and to add further insult increases the prices from the board displayed. I am shocked and shall never be returning to this car wash irrespective of how good they are, i would rather pay double then be treated in this manner.

The owner is very aggressive. They cleaned my friends car but lost her key. They were not going to pay for a replacement and it all got very heated. Disgusting attitude and behaviour - very intimidating and aggressive. Wouldnt recommend to anyone.

Poor quality service. Left car dirty after bumping up the price. and the owner opened my car door and threatened me for not moving my car quick enough. Terrible experience. Wanted my car washed not a punch up. Nasty people.
