Did an excellent job on my car. Worked very hard for several hours. Maybe not cheap compared to local car wash, but the amount of work and result made it value for money. Car came up gleaming, lovely and clean inside and would happily use again.

had the interior car valet spa experience and exterior wash and clean, the guy was very polite, friendly and considerate.
Offered to tailor the services to my needs and was very respectful during the entire process and even took some extra steps to get rid of a pesky spider that had hidden away in the interior which was much appreciated.
He did all the joints in the doorways and gutters as well as the underside of the bonnet which you wouldn't even receive in most drive in hand car washes.
The provider also accommodated me at very short notice which again was much appreciated.

Got the full interior spa valet. He was a lovely guy and did a good job cleaning the seats as well as getting rid of the smell. However he failed to do everything that was required for example; he did not clean the controls and vents, boot and windscreen. So we paid full price for half the job

First of all, the man came at the wrong time. An hour too early, so not a great start.
Then I was told that the prices on their website are wrong and I was expected to pay double the price for the service I requested. Apparently it was a ‘mistake’.
I am just glad I asked about price before he started.
Not happy at all. I would not recommend to anyone.
