I had the seats of my car washed, which were in VERY BAD conditions, so much that I was thinking of having new seat covers installed. But I wanted to give the last chance to have them washed in this place where it has been, one of the best places that really put their efford to clean it well. And the results were impressive! my seats were like a brand new car left BMW home, the doors and panel completely polished and shiny. Excellent service, totally recommended!

Absolutely awful. Swirl and scratch marks all over the paintwork on a nice new car from just one wash. They're extremely rushed, didn't even clean the bird muck off the windscreen. They don't wash the grotty cloths between cars, they clean from the top to the bottom and then straight back to the top again and then rub it dry, really hard, with an old chamois leather, destroying the finish. Needless to say I won't be back and anyone who cares about their paintwork should avoid.

Great car washing facilities, top marks...
Some time ago I had some marks on my chromework, which I blamed on Ruby's Car Wash. I have since discovered that this was an issue nothing to do with the wash.
At the time I called the owner annoyed and unreasonable. Here's hoping he will accept my apology and this review for what is an excellent, well run professional service, that all who work there should be proud.
I highly recommend having your car washed at Ruby's Car Wash.

Been here twice now. First time not happy. The windows weren’t properly cleaned. The back seats and floor of my car weren’t cleaned, I’m guessing because I don’t have a 4 door car so it’s more awkward to reach.
Second time, perfect. Outside wash 10/10. Interior 10/10. I waited and watched them properly hoover the entire car, clean the dask etc. At a very competitive price.
Overall I think it is a good place, just make sure you watch as they clean as they do a better job.

A good value clean, my car is seven seater and it was cleaned inside and out for £22 pounds. Nice to have a clean car and reasonable prices. My daughter loved sitting in the car while it was being sprayed.

Absolutely fantastic car wash, the lads there did a great job on my car which had developed mold in the interior when I was away for 2 months. Alex was such a gentleman and the other boys and girls working there were all very professional and cleaned my car spotless! Very happy with the service and will be coming back every time.

Returned to pick up my car and found that the car wash owner and someone else was leaning on my car having a conversation. I asked them to not lean on my car which then lead to them getting confrontational and rude, as if I was in the wrong? Terrible customer service. I’d give the clean itself a 4/5 but this is totally overshadowed by their behaviour. I recommend going elsewhere if you want proper customer service.

Convenient location to get your car cleaned while running errands around charlton.
Cons
While getting our car cleaned here several items went missing including sunglasses, loose change and a phone charger.
The male staff have little respect for women
drivers and keep making demeaning statements.
The low standard of the cleaning along with the poor quality of the cleaning products left a poor overall finish.
Unless you have no other option it’s not worth using this car wash.

The results can be very unpredictable - if the owner is in place and checked your car than all will be tip-top. If not - the car ends dirty. Check the attached photo - that's the sunglass after #3 wash for £18. Disappointed.

I visited this car wash today and unfortunately, the pouch I keep my key in which I always leave in the centre console, went missing. It is not of any great worth (about £5) but what was of great sentimental value was the horse head key ring and the picture key ring attached to it that my 5 year old daughter gave me which I have treasured.
I went straight from the car wash to pick up my daughter from school and had not been anywhere before that so I am 100% certain it was in my car when I arrived at the car wash. I only noticed it was missing when I arrived at my daughter’s school.
After dropping my daughter at home I went straight back to the car wash and, in fairness to the staff there, they did search my car 3 times and let me view the CCTV & they also went through their bins but couldn’t find the pouch and the key rings that were attached.
Unfortunately no certainty could be gleaned from the CCTV about what had happened.
I would rate the cleanliness of my car as 5 stars after the car wash but on the whole experience i have only given 2 stars.
I don’t care about the pouch but if the key rings do appear somehow, you have my number so please contact me.

£7 to scratch the paint work. Worst part was the bonnet were the guy started cleaning with a sponge before the other chap power washed the dirt off. Obviously rubbed the dirt into the paint work.

I came from yoga wearing a sleeveless top and yoga leggings. Guys at the car wash thought it was appropriate to comment on the size of my arms while washing my car. This was very unwelcome.

I don't normally write reviews especially over a quick car wash. Left my car with them for just a quick wash so I can go shopping which was a nice service. Came back to collect key and asked how much.. bloke said £18. Thought i misheard and asked again.. he said £18. Untill I said 'you what?' For a f ing wash? He giggled and replied only joking.. £9. Got me thinking.. are you trying to scam your customers? Nah.. you've definitely lost one now.

The outside washes are always good but the inside cleaning can be a bit hit and miss sometimes. Cheap prices though so that’s a plus. For a small car it’s £7 for outside and £12 for outside and inside*

I used to use these guys all the time even when they were at the Kidbrooke Homebase location, I pretty much always used to tip them a fiver extra for the right hardwork and general good work. Today I went there and didn't realise they changed their prices I had only a tenner on me and the guy who was acting like he was in charge( he's not the usual boss). Didn't give a monkeys asking me to go to the cash point. No respect for loyalty and repeat business. Last time I ever use them...
