Hand Car Wash

Absolutely terrible service and they are ripping off people with a raised cleaning fees. £10 in most other places! They are charging £17 for a simple wash and hoover. The hoovering was terrible as they did such a poor job. I asked the guy in charge to look at the hoovering, gave me a dirty look and told me I was wasting his time. Especially when he couldn't speak English properly. Also scratched the bonnet, caused when they were washing with poor equipment. Totally would not use them again and total rip off! Stay away you have been warned!

After reopening on 12/04/21 avoid at all costs. My car suddenly moved to medium sized pricing from small. And definition of hoovered we had different.

Not a car wash I would visit again they scratched my car and never admitted to damage. Very rude and expensive

I think all the review made by himself. Worst car wash in whole London. Unprofessional didn't wash the car properly after I pointing out the owner or manager was rude. No wonder why they are not buzy in normal days, despite of only car wash around the area.avoid at any cost

Hi everyone I've been twice in this place and both times it was a bad experience. Outside - they just washed but they don't clean proper after. My car is black and you could see all the leaks and foam everywhere. Also, they using the same sponge from bottom to top, on the windows and they can easily scratch your car Inside - they sprayed a lot of solution, I guess its more water, just to look shine to take your eye. They don't hoover the chairs, don't clean the windows, just if you ask them. First time I said maybe they were to busy or the operatives are tired, but second time, the owner was there and I asked him to came to see how the van it was after the cleaning. He didn't want to discuss with me, very rude, he said,, you need to pay extra if you want more,, I paid £20 for van but I still need to clean the interior as they just clean the windows with my insistence. Apologies for the negative review, but I would recommend to find other car wash place.

Great job and great price. My go to place for a clean motor. Plus they're happy for you to leave the car with them while you get some shopping. Friendly staff is an added bonus

I can not believe how bad the service is here. The car was still so dirty after they cleaned it and the owner was very rude when I said I wasn't happy with it. He spoke to me in an aggressive manner. PLEASE DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME USING THIS PLACE.

AVOID THIS CAR WASH , THEY HAVE SCRATCHED MY CAR , PREVIOUSLY THEY SPRAYED TOO MUCH CHEMICALS INSIDE THE CAR AND I GOT STAINS ON THE SEATS . I HAVE BEEN THERE ONLY 2 TIMES , WHEN TRIED TO RESOLVE WITH MANAGER HE WAS RUDE , ASKED ME TO PAY IF I WANT THE STAIN TO BE REMOVED. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE HORRIBLE SERVICE. NO STARS AT ALL. THEY DONT EVEN CLEAN PROPERLY, DOING FAST AND NOT EXACTLY. AVOID THEM AT ALL COSTS!!!

I went to this car wash for the first time. The services are displayed clearly on a sign at the entrance e.g Outside wash, Wheels cleaned, Door shuts, Windows, Tyre shine, ect. I work in retail myself but this has to be the worse car wash I have ever been to. My car is larger than a medium sized car so it’s fair enough to pay £9 for the exterior only wash and since Covid restrictions have eased, you’d expect every business to deliver what you pay for if not more. While washing my car, they did not clean my wheels properly and just casually wiped the foam mitt over the spoked wheels. When I asked them to clean the petrol cap area, the attendant replied “I’ll use the jet wash but no mitt” which I said was fine. They washed and rinsed the car and then 1 person wiped the water off then took what seemed like a wet rag, sprayed the rag with a solution and wiped my windows and then requested £9. I casually inspected the car and saw my wheels still had dirt on them, water dripping on the side and the front and my windows where smudged with what looked like dirt residue and water from the very poor washing that had been done. I asked them to dry the door shuts as it stated on the sign, the attendant asked me to ask my passengers to get out of the car (my wife and 2 kids under 2 years of age) then he will wipe them from standing outside my car and nowhere near the inside of my car or an enclosed area (he had a face mask on as well) if not then “he can’t or won’t” so I didn’t bother taking my kids out. I then asked why my wheels weren’t dressed with tyre shine, the owner who didn’t have a mask on replied “you need to ask for tyre shine, some customers don’t like tyre shine ????so the attendant dressed my tyres. I was clearly upset and had a few comments to say about the service, the owner replied with a comment that “I’m used to make slaves work” which I didn’t know what that meant and he was very rude. Bottom line, I’m a easy guy and I usually tip when I wash my car but for this level of service, I could of done a better job at home with a hose pipe. So if you want get your car washed by a group of rude and unprofessional people and want to waste your time & money, please go there. The other reviews (90% of them are negative) speak for themselves (please read other reviews). If my review wasn’t authentic or true, I wouldn’t bother writing this long review and would have just wrote “really bad service & didn’t clean my car properly” and would have given them a 1 star rating. I’ll be contacting Asda supermarket management asking why they let such people operate on their business premises.
