Been going to this place for 15 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. These guys are the best - for a standard car, inside and out is £16 and it’s absolutely worth it. They’re all super friendly and even after a year of not having my car washed due to lockdown I still got greeted like a long lost friend, despite them being crazy busy.

For £17 this place is not worth it. I find £10 car wash places better. The outside of my car was left with watermarks. Inside of my car wasn't wiped down properly. There's dust everywhere. There's some fluff attached to my windscreen wipers which weren't there before I went in. Won't bother going back.

Firstly the price has gone up to £17 from £15 and for 10 minutes work, i find that overpriced. To add insult to injury, i gave the guy £20 and he offered no change, saying its an suv so its dearer. I showed him his signage and it says mpv and 4x4 are £20. I think when the owner is not there, they take liberties.
Won't be going back there.

The guy told me one price on the phone, and after i went and got my car washed, he told me 'I've changed the price', not honouring the agreement. So unprofessional and deceitful.
To make it worse, my car wasn't even cleaned properly

The service was absolutely disgraceful, water marks everywhere. Attendant was more concerned about trying to squeeze in more cars.
Its like sheeps coming in for their shave.
Will never go there again!!

A bit pricey, £15 in and out but they done an excellent job, I'm happy to pay a bit more if the job gets done properly. it's my first time going there, the guys were very efficient, in and out was cleaned thoroughly.

REVISED: initially I was very complementary but I guess I must of arrived on a day when the owner must of been in as I’ve not seen him the last few times. Haven’t cleaned properly twice, dirt left, coffee stain was still visible which I was able to clean with a wet tissue. Such a shame! I will be going somewhere different from now on.
Not sure why these guys got a bad rep. I was recommended by my hairstylist in Victoria Park. I was not disappointed. Every time I did something wrong they were smiling and were directing me and the car as needed. Spoke to the owner and he was really nice and friendly. Gave me tips for next time and they do a loyalty card too. Didn’t realise how dirty my car was until they were done and it looks great! Thanks guys :)

This place gets a 5 star RATING from me and its nothing less than the company deserves!
Honestly, I am always greeted and treated with the upmost respect by all the employees. I believe that the owner has done a fabulous job on focusing the employees’ main target on amazing customer satisfaction and the ultimate car wash experience. What REALLY stands out for me is how I can get a free hand car wash every now and then for being a loyal customer, which shows that the company really appreciates all its customers, but more so those that are a part of the ‘Deep Sea’ ecosystem! I am amazed at how humble, hardworking and also professional the workers are at what they do. The workers posses a positive vibe that always starts my day off in the right track. Ultimately, spreading positivity is what we should all do, and this car wash has set such a high standard in that regard that it gets a 5 star from me WITHOUT A DOUBT!

If i could give 0 stars I would.
There was dirt on my car they refused to clean and said I need to pay for a deep clean. Who deep cleans the outside of their car?
When argues that it needs cleaning they said they tried for 15 minutes as if I hadnt sat in the car and watch them spend less than 5 mins cleaning and drying the outside.
Not only are they lazy and liars, i left there with water stains on the wing mirror and windscreen in the areas the wipers do not reach.
So many man only for an overpriced and poor service.

Poor attention to detail. Too fast even when I was the only car there. Missed inside of alloys, lower front skirt, patches of the bumper, it’s only a two seater sports so no excuses really!

£10 for Interior ONLY , they literally just hover it. They left the ashtray dirty and didn't clean the windows either. I needed to pay with card due to current covid situation and they said the card machine doesn't work and that I have to leave the car there and walk 10 min to nearest Tesco to withdraw money. Eventually they another guy said it might work so I can try paying with the card. They have no attention to detail, no windows clean nothing. Everything in rush probably on of the worst carwash around. Btw they have NO COVID measures around at all

They use to be good but would not recommend anymore standards have dropped seem’s like the price went up as well charged me 13 quid. Car was still wet, the only look after PCO cars even though they only pay £6 does not make sense. Terrible service.

I’ve used this place several times, never again. Rude and unfriendly staff. They’ve never cleaned my car well, it’s a very quick basic job with absolutely no attention to detail. They always miss loads of areas, barely dry your windows let alone clean them and they are more expensive than most places.

Staff run through the wash to make as much money as they can in the shortest time. No attention to detail. Always have dirt and foam remnants on my car. Alloys never cleaned properly, black marks on rims. When I asked staff to clean wheels properly they retorted "your wheels are not good that's why they're always black" Annoyingly it's always the front wheels that are bad in their opinion, the rear ones seem to be good.The amount of money they take it's not worth the service they provide. Definitely NOT GOING BACK. it's a RIP OFF!!

I spent £13 pound at this car wash and they did not clean it properly as my car was still dirty. And when i told the employees that is was dirty they got angry and were very rude towards me. This car wash was hand car wash in bethnal green.
