I requested full Valet, but they did basic car wash, I went for the highest valeting as I was selling my car so I thought I will get done. I feel they Robbed me. When I question the guy he said they did everything and I realised their was no point arguing. I wrote to their customer complaints office they replied they are not responsible as they run by private owners basically or something like that. It's shocking 30 plus minute service done in less then 15 minutes, they charged £35 for £5. So for £40 wash plus wash which ended up doing basic wash. I can believe the they did I should have realized something was not right when they asked to pay cash, I said I will pay by card, he said he would prefer cash only. I thought Covid times they would prefer card payments, matter fact when I had my car washed before they insisted only card payment.
There so many other car washes around so you would think they would do anything to keep their customers happy by providing best services so you would want to go back.

Shame not only have lost my customer service but whole of family and friends .

Cheap prices. Your car will always be very clean after using this service. They offer lots of different types of car washes varying in price. Something for everyone (if your looking for a cheap car wash or a more premium service, this is a good place to go). Would recommend visiting during the week as it is busy on the weekends. Expect a queue of a few minutes

Excellent car wash can get very busy around weekends and Bank Holidays. So choose wisely to beat the rush. The IMO app is really good for saving a few pounds on some of the washes. I cannot wait for this pandemic to die down so they can start their personal valeting service.

Should have read the reviews before going. As mentioned by many others, despite paying for the highest service my car still looks dirty. I went to clear some birds droppings on my windshield and rooftop and this so-called washing only made it worse by spreading the things! Also front and back bumper have been left untouched. When I spoke with the staff, I was basically told sorry but not sorry, you will have to scrub it yourself as we are not allowed to touch cars by hand ?!! In My Opinion, they deserve zero stars and I won't go back. Their machine is not efficient or maybe it doesn't work with tall car like SUV, monospace etc..

Car wash and wax;
This has been a car wash site for many years and I have used it for many years but this is the first time I have been disappointed (under new owners, IMO). There are many trees down our road, as a result bird mess can be a hazard. this was never an issue before and was always removed. usually by brushing prior to the mechanical car wash machine. As this is no longer the procedure, the car does not get the cleaning it used to get (seems a short duration through the machine as well). also missed patches on the back of the car where brushes did not come into contact . £10 wasted. not going to use any more. probably ok if your car is just dusty!

Been going here for many many years. The guys have always been lovely and cheery. Odds bits forgotten occasionally but for the price was good.
Visited today and prices for valeting services has been removed. I was charged a much higher price than this time last year. And was shocked to see the ‘basic wash’ (cheapest bog standard wash) flashing away as I entered the car wash!
Car was cleaned the usual okay standard but for double the price that it used to be! The manager has bumped up the prices to cover his losses over the last year but from what I could see today... he’s lost more than just a few loyal and regular customers as a result.
Let’s not even talk about the fact that the guy taking payments, leant in my window completely massless and the guy cleaning my car was one of those that like to wear the chin mask.

I have used them for valet cleaning in the past and car wash most recently. In both occasions the car did not come back clean. Like simple pigeon poo was not removed. I raised bit with the staff and they said they cannot do anything about it. No accountability, they do not care. Very disappointed.

I have started using IMO, and find this a very easy, useful and satisfying experience. Cues when I have attended have been moderate. Service is excellent. Great stay safe Corvid-19 distancing agenda. Be safe have a clean car ???? ???? ????

Asked for ultimate wax shine. After viewing the wash it seems like only water and shampoo was used and not a very good clean. Car still had mud and smudges. No wax was evident on the car.

Rip-off . Avoid. This is the result after spending £6.50 on level 3 car wash.
They are not doing pre-wash due to covid but still charge the same amount.
They know hand car washes are closed, and exploiting the situation.
You're better off just using wipes to clean your car.

Automatic car wash. Open in this pandemic situation. I loved the way they were handling the operation. I had my wife and baby with me. This is the first time I used a automatic process. Normally you'll see it in every corner in USA.

Quick but quality of wash is not good. I paid £12 which was the best one but wheels were still very dirty and so many marks left. Can't wait for the hand car wash to open soon after lockdown

It is what it is. But this review is based on the service this time as the service last time was very bad but then again that was at another location.
At this time there is no prewash service because of the pandemic but drive thru wash was straightforward ???? and no frills.
Wash and go people, wash and go.
Remember to check you brakes and mirrors.

The wash is very bad, 2nd time in 2 weeks I have been there but the service has become bad, in the past I have given them a 5 Star.
They have started putting through Cars too fast, the 6.50 car wash has become worse than the 3 pound one, if at all just go for the 3 pond wash as that is all they are doing.

Worst clean I’ve ever experienced, staff are friendly but it doesn’t make up for the fact that my car was still dirty even after paying for their best clean. Had to come home and clean it myself, save your money and wait till the hand car washes are open after lockdown. I’ve attached pics of the car after it got ‘cleaned’. Entire car was covered in dirt after the clean and alloys looked like they hadn’t been touched.

The workers here are very hardworking but the machine installed by IMO is a pain. No matter what level of washing you chooses your car will end up looking and feeling half washed. Machine needs updating. The only thing you get from your money is the soap and water basically.

Service is quick and team are friendly.
They are not doing an attended car wash (no hand washing or pressure jet use during lockdown) so wheels may not get as clean and you'd except when going through the automatic car wash.
Other than that £3.50 for basic wash £12 for most expensive.

Not a great clean, even on the top wash costing £12, I still had to get out after it had finished and wipe several areas down to get the dirt off and make my car shiny and lovely again. I'll still use them though because I just don't have time to wash the car myself, and this is OK value for money.

Asked for the car to be cleaned inside and out and it was still dirty when they finished. They barely wiped down the inside and marks still on the outside. I would definitely not recommend. I will have to go over the whole car again. I have health issues so I'm very disappointed as it will be very difficult for me to do this by myself.

Good car wash which is open in lockdown.
only thing lacking is they don't do accompanied wash for higher priced washes and my car alloys almost always never cleaned through wash.
their dryer also doesn't seem to dry cars.

Absolutely horrendous service! Paid £9 for a decent wash! No attendants jet washing and using a soft brush to scrub the car down. My car is still dirty and I have been robbed off by this car wash. Won't be using them again. I only came here because hand car wash places are closed due to current restrictions. IMO, this for robbing me!????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????????

Current COVID restrictions mean the helpful attendants are no longer permitted to pressure hose and scrub car pre automated wash. Result - poor finish. Avoid at present until normal service resumed.

I have used this car wash for many years and have always found them great. I have just had my car cleaned in and out and even in this heat they are polite and helpful and do a professional job. I am 82 years old and they take good care of me and make sure I have somewhere to sit and ask about how I am coping. While I was there I watched a woman being really rude and complaining when they were finding it difficult to remove the stains on her floor at the back where the children sit. They remained polite and tried again. I am not sure I could have done that.

Very busy cash wash, also a little disappointed that the colour wash(soaps) didn't spray the car even though I paid £6.50, as my little one enjoys seeing this, will be going back to gallions reach IMO or Beckton Asda IMO as this was working last week.

Very good car wash. The blow dryer could be a bit stronger and it might actually dry your car. If they do a thorough valet service, I was not offered it. Looking for somewhere that cleans upholstery and a complete interior clean, but not found one yet.
