Not really the same quality as hand wash, also more expensive. During lockdown can't have the hand wash done, hence why used this. The guy working there definetly needs to improve his communication skills.

I paid £6 for the wash quality I picked and they delivered £3 wash service. As I went back to complain, the guy gave me back £3. This was not a mistake as it happened in the past. If you stay quite the money goes in their pockets. I have friends who experienced the same problem. Will not be using them again!

Paid over £20 to have my car cleaned for it to still be dirty at the end of it all! When I spoke to the manager he said the machine problem not his! ( This is over a pre jetwash! ) Poor service., Wouldn't recommend you are better going to a hand car wash

Nice car wash experience, the duration of the wash is decent.
The price is reasonable and the staff provide enough service.
Doesn’t 100% clean all the dirt but I guess that is why they usually do a pre wash but that isn’t possible at the moment due to restrictions/lockdown

I've got a Mercedes GL and I've been washing my car with those guys for 2 years and today the staff came shouting at me that I've been driving or braking when I wasn't supposed to. Apparently the car wasn't were it was supposed to be going. To clarify the whole time I was talking to my friend which was with me and I wasn't using the brake or driving. I left the car on neutral the whole time. On top of everything they told me to drive out because I wasn't doing what they told me to. Absolutely disappointed.

Very poor experience today at walthamstow IMO Car wash, paid £12.00 cash and finish wash with complete dust and mess, when I go back to complain to the Manager he said if You need a proper clean for your car, do it yourself and do not come here
Also, he want to challenge me to fight each other?

What you would expect from this organisation, so happy with the car wash.
Thought the rising air-blower would be a good addition at their other sites... instead of the fixed 'side-mounted' types normally used.
The only real issue with this operation; it is tucked away behind the TESCO fuel station...so not 100% visible

Don’t know what has happened recently, they used to provide a good service but now it seems they don’t care!
They do not clean your car properly before it goes into the automatic car wash, the man using the brush doesn’t even clean the car property, he just gives light brushes over your car, he does not clean the tyre areas at all.
All they want is for you to enter the machine as quickly as possible.
Not very good customer service, they do not say hello or acknowledge the customer.
When you leave the car wash the people cleaning the cars have the doors open so you can leave the area, Theo don’t want to close the doors!

recently used this car wash again, but was disappointed that the usual manual prewash currently not being done (Covid restrictions was reason given), whilst prices had been increased!.
Resultantly quality of cleaning operation was diminished and it showed...hopefully the prewash will be reinstated at some point soon and not made permanent as a cost cutting exercise....

Pro-shield does not good in this IMO.I do like others places.I take wash for my car a lot in Imo more than 15 times in a month. coz I'm drive every day.

I am really disappointed about the man in the front .. i asked him to do the washing as usual In and out washing car .. he told me its increas and i have to pay £15.50 .. i said it's ok .. but once the car was inside he didn't put 3 shampoos.. i was upset.. when i asked why .. he said you have to pay £17.50 coz you have 7 seats

Rushing from start to end. I wasn't able to ask a question and get an answer about valeti g options. Workers look stressed and not polite at all. I end up paying £20.00 for basic cleaning. For Mini Valet plus service they asked £30 on top of it which total become £50. Doesn't worth. No wow factor at all. Not sure if I ever go there.

Terrible customer service and they block the hover machine with there skoda cars, what is the point in having 2 hover machines if you don't let your customers use it and block it with skoda cars disgraceful.

Best service, best standards, best quality, best timing. Love coming here and getting my car cleaned by the team. They are professional, quick and they do a great hob of my car inside and out. I have never been disappointed and I come here for years. They have different services and options to suit all budgets. Totally recommend them to all car owners!!

Regarding the above review, this is a lie. I was behind this gentlemen in the queue and the staff spent half an hour cleaning his car because it was absolutely filthy.
The staff were polite and not rude at all.
You were just being very petty and rude yourself.
In my opinion the staff were very proactive and did the job well considering you paid for for a mini valet.
Well done to this guys you doing absolutely amazing job ????
