The good thing about this car wash is that they are open 24h a day and that it. It's neither cheap nor good. Honestly speaking, I don't understand how it is possible to wash a car in the dark. I expected them to have some lighting fixtures, but it didn't work that way. So they don't see the stains and this turns into your busines to explain to them that you need a clean car but not just wet one.
An additional adventure is their drying room. You have to be very careful driving through. I had to use my embedded cameras and sensors to avoid some pipes, cables, heating registers and other metal scrap that room is filled in. It was quite stressful because the windscreen was covered with a mixture of soap and dust, and my car is brand new :-) Of course, the staf will not assist you with that to make your visit more memorable.
Please pay attention to the fact that they don't have enough water or time to remove the soap and dust from your car before they send you to the drying room.
So, I would agree with the overal rating of two plus stars. However, this car wash doesn't experience shortage of customers and they don't care about all comments on the quality of their service.

I went there today as i saw on the outside that the place is a rolls royce of car washes so i went. I have to admit it is by far the worst car wash ever not to mention the price i payed for outside with tyre shine £18 i expected good customer service and quality. They barely washed and scrubbed sent me through the dryer and when i saw the way the dried the car in front i had to literally get out my car and ask for my own towel to dry as they wer so souless and careless. To make matters worst they wer using dirty cloths and I was trying to explain this to the person drying but did not understand english so i told the manager and he just denied it and said its like this. Without even trying to loom or understand. Fuming!! I spend another hour after i left the car wash to go over it all. There was alot of dirt in the wheels and smears all over the car. Water marks that dried and not wiped at all. Your better of paying a detailer to detail your car than go there. You go there after this review is asking to get bumped off and the worst car wash of your life that costed you the most youve ever payed for one.

A very convenient carwash located in a busy section of inner London. The counter guy is very friendly and nice. Good instructions from staff and cleaners. Could do with better cleaning but still a good clean and dry.

Not very organised and do things back to front they clean the internal parts of the car before the external wash. I had to get them to clean the windscreen again on the van and the seals were not cleaned properly. The back side windows were not cleaned internally either.

They need to learn to communicate with each other and the customers. Just a load of banging on the car and shouting for no reason. Also the staff don't speak English which isn't great either. Not to mention they didnt do a great job. The glue from the sticker they stuck on the window is still on the car. There are water marks and various other stains too. Rip off. Especially for the price you pay you expect a great job. Its definitely not the "Rolls Royce of London car washes" as stated. Also if you a have bigger car be careful while driving through as the pillars in place leave a very narrow space to drive through.

Terrible service!! Over-priced,so I thought I'd get a decent clean of my work van. However, the interior was still dirty in a lot of places, as well as the windows/glass. Streaks and marks all over them! On top of that, the women were so so rude!! I will never waste my money there again! Avoid this place if you can

I used to like this car wash until I had such a bad experience on Saturday 3rd Feb 2018. The cleaning ladies that did the inside were perfect and thank you for doing such a great job. However, the guys at the end of the car wash who are supposed to get rid of excess water and wipe down the car refused to do so properly, when I requested "can you please get rid of the still water that is on the car". I was then told "you are a rich man so you should pay more to get this service" and there was about 5 of them just staring at me and not moving to do the simple job. In result you can see streak marks that i was concerned about in the pictures attached. i will never use this service again unless I am given an apology and compensation so having to rewash the car else where.

Definitely not coming back here. Not worth it when they didn’t clean the inside properly. Dust still remained inside on the dashboard, around the car door handle and car door compartments and everywhere else. Pictures included.

AVOID this car wash! My wife’s car needed a wash as she was attending an event the next morning. This was the closest 24/7 car wash to me, so I drove there at night. It looked professional and organised. I paid £19.95 for a mini valet. I looked at the car the next morning and was extremely disappointed. There were streaks and dirt stains still on the body work, my back seat was like they didn’t even clean it! The dashboard and interior trimmings were streaky too. Forget about a thorough wash and clean, they didn’t even do a decent wash. I obviously did not get what I paid for nor the service advertised on the website. Don’t be fooled by the website and the look of the place, you’re better off going to your local hand car wash and having your car cleaned for £10/£11. The only parts that looked well cleaned were the wheels and how hard are they to clean!! Will not be returning and definitely not using any of their other car washes. Awful service.

Lovely car wash. Bit of hit and miss. Sometime they do a fantastic clean. Most of the time it's awful and you'll see the car still has liquid on it. They need to thoroughly rinse the car every time. The price they charge is very high. £17.50 is not a joke as they don't thoroughly clean the car.

What a disaster! No indication of when to stop or when to move forward, just a bang on the window followed by an inaudible grunt/yell. Car still had bird poo all over the roof and bonnet. Had to point to it and ask them to wash it again! Even after that, it still had it on the roof. Gave up in the end. AVOID AT ALL COST!

Could be a good system but reliant upon being told when to move but you cannot hear them as the are at back of car. Price fair but nothing great for PCO drivers.
Would use again but would not go out of my way - better service at car wash near Tower Bridge & also 24 hours

went there yesterday, got charged £17 for an inside and outside job plus anti-bac wipe inside.... left angry, staff are rude, border line offensive, the young lad at the till point only seemed bothered about the money coming in... the car is left with marks on the outside, the inside was not wiped at all.... this is a rip off cleaning car company... I had to clean the car myself using their cloths.... big joke never again....
