Ive been coming here regularly for the past 3 years. Always an excellent service from Collin, Ameen, and the rest of the team. Customer service is outstanding, and always 110% put in to any required service. I've had scratches and scuffs repainted in under a day and you wouldn't be able to tell. Would definitely recommend.

Lamia and Colin in fact everyone I dealt with esspecially the valeters had a big friendly smile from finding them which isn't easy but well worth it to driving my little mini away as clean as I have ever seen it amazing service paid 30 but worth it as properly cleaned and amazing friendly service. This is how a car valet service should be run. 10/10 thank you will use again and recommend to my network.

I’m not a person that really writes reviews but I really had to this time. Just wanted to comment about Wharfside Car Valet Car services in Canary Wharf...I had a full interior valet which cost me £85 WOW WOW WOW to the results I got... great job guys and sorry my car was sooo dirty highly recommended. I choose EXTERIOR & INTERIOR VALET 150£ for my car but unfortunately the job they done is not even 50£ worthy.
after job finish I check my car, roof panel, all air vents are full of dust, all passengers seats are worst than before and when I got home In my parking I found more crumbs in both front seats side and underneath the seat.
Also descption said full body polish but looking at my car i can’t tell it being any different than before so don’t think the waxing was done either. Also water marks everywhere both inside and outside.
Having paid £150 don’t think this is acceptable. I found places that were taking less but choose to go with this even if it was a bit more expensive but I saw they were doing an all inclusive job .

I damaged my car in two places, I have a BMW M2 my partner was unaware of the damage. previously took it to BMW 6 week waiting list and 1 week to complete the works. A friend of mine recommended me to Wharfside Carvalet carservices. They quoted it on the spot I was sooo impressed with the speed and efficiency I had the works done within 48 hours to such a high standard and all the works carried out was warrantied for 1 year. I would highly recommend Wharfside for quick turnaround and efficient services. Great work.

They are specialist in ENGINE BAY CLEANING. It will cost you £15. Few weeks ago I had an Engine Cleaning. It was a good job. Very professional. Only problem is to find them. It's a bit tricky. When you are in the Roundabout, enter the security gates then turn left then right. Its inside a parking plot. When you enter press for a ticket. It's a pay parking but for car wash they will let you go free when finish your wash. You can also do normal car wash. They have valeting service as well. It's not a 24hr service. I think they close at 8pm.

Amazing service and the cleaning service is flawless.
It was a little pricey, but I guess you’re paying for convenience. Also, during peak times a quick car wash can easily take over an hour; so best to plan ahead if you’re short for time.

After choosing the gold service (inside and outside) I noticed the windscreen and a few dash areas had not been cleaned.
Externally it was decent without being anything special. The alloys still need attention. I will have to clean myself.
Not what you expect when you pay substantially more than usual for a quality service.
Pretty disappointed.

Professional, Experienced, Attentive, Efficient and Amenable are just a few words that describe the service that Colin and his team provide at Wharfside. I have been a regular customer at Wharfside for close to 2 years now. Recently Wharfside have resprayed the front bumper on my AMG GT to get rid of stone chips, carried out a 3 stage machine polish on the whole car, applied ceramic coating and treated the interior leather. The results were to showroom standards and felt like i was taking delivery of my car all over again. Colin and his team love cars and take pride in their work and always go the extra mile to make me and my car feel special and the results speak for themselves. Can't recommend them highly enough.

They also offer different auto/body repair service, maybe not the cheapest but if the quality any where close to what I got for valet, one might be happy with the quality.
Anyone willing to travel please call beforehand, google map would show you something totally different.

I cannot express how wonderful the staff are here . Colin, Kelly and the team go the extra mile to help you out. I'd curbed a brand new car. Not only did they sort that out, they arranged help with the car dealer and helped me understand how to use the electric charging points upstairs in the shopping centre. Thanks so much again!! Flexible in terms of not requiring a reservation, but expensive car wash considering the car was returned with dirty water smears on the windows and the floormats put back the wrong way around.

Apparently they don’t wash chauffeur cars?
When asked why, all I got was a blank expression.
I was in a regular Mercedes S Class but obviously they don’t want our custom. That’s a first for me in London. I wouldn’t even give them 1 star if possible.
Review update-
Thank you for your reply, however I wasn’t told any of the below reply apart from we don’t do chauffeur cars and try somewhere else.
I also have proof of our conversation as it is recorded on my car dash cam. My footage of the poor “customer” experience will be going online.

Was recommended to Wharfside car valet service in Canary Wharf by a friend.
I brought my Range Rover in, staff was very good and knowledgeable. The car looked amazing and when I mentioned that they had missed out on something I was shocked by how professionally they dealt with the issue and how excellent their customer service skills were. They even offered a great courtesy clean..Wow!
Bigger companies should learn by Wharfside's great customer service!

Went for a standard gold wash with these guys and my car came out stunning, it looked great after the wash! Slight concern about the fact that there was still some dirt around the edges between the doors and body after the wash. Took me a while to find the Canada sq branch but process was smooth, simply park and the rest is taken of for you from start to finish. Did take a little while since they were quite busy but it's understandable. Had to rate this just 4 out of 5 for two reasons. First being the dirt that still remained after the 'wash'. Second, my car came out really wet around the edges as if no-one had bothered to wipe down the car. Not sure what the reason was and I wasn't given a reason either. However, Igor was very kind and helpful to wipe down everything for me, both the dirt and excess water around the car. My first time here so maybe those issues are a one off, but I'll certainly look to return and try them again. All in all I'd still recommend having your car washed here!

Great service and quality car wash from these guys! Was a bit of a struggle for me to find the place so had to call several times to confirm the location, the person on the phone was super helpful and I managed to find the place in the end. Very happy with the wash also - the car looked shiny and didn't have any swirls after the wash, which shows that they take care to rinse the car well before the wash unlike many places I've been to. Will be definitely coming back, thank you Wharfside for a great experience!

I brought my Bentley convertible and was so impressed.
I had limescale when I parked it in the car park with a leaking pipe. Bentley quoted me some silly price to repaint my quarter panel. Wharfside did it in 2 hrs, buffed it and then polished it. It looks as good as new for a fraction of the price I informed Bentley who saw the finished results and they were shocked.
Great work Wharfside, a blow for the big boys. I will continue to use them and recommend them to everyone.

Came into Wharfside car valet services after being recommended by a friend. Had a dent on the door of my car Bodyshops telling me silly amount of money even suggesting a new door! came to these guys said they can invisibly mend the door. came back in 2 hours and I was astonished to see no dent and a smooth finish. they machine polished so it was as good as new now the whole car looks fresh highly recommend Wharfside!! great job.

I have used numerous car valeting services over the years but since discovering Wharfside I have used them exclusively.
Compared to the other valeting services I have used, Wharfside have surpassed my expectations on every visit with a far friendlier and superior service. Not only do they hand my car back to me in the same pristine condition as when it rolled off the forecourt they have also been able to fix numerous annoying dents and scratches while I wait.
Not being a London resident Wharfside is not the most convenient valeter for me, however, the excellent service received and their convenient location in Canary Wharf with its numerous restaurants and shops makes the 60 mile journey well worth it.
They also offer 2 hours free parking which is an added bonus!

I was expecting a far better service than I received, especially as it is quite a lot more expensive than others in the area. The car is left in the public car park for you to collect and it is quite dark to be able to check the car over to see how well it had been cleaned. After driving home and seeing it in the daylight I noticed they had not cleaned the lower panel of the doors on the passenger side and although I chose and paid for the service that included cleaning of the interior (including dashboard, upholstery, pockets and boot), it was clear very little effort was spent on doing this as the pockets still had a lot of dust and fluff and the interior was not cleaned much better. What made it worse was that I told them how important it was to have it cleaned because I was selling the car and had a prospective buyer coming to see it later that day. I then ended up spending an hour cleaning it myself. All in all a very disappointing service that I could not recommend.

I would recommend this place to anyone in need of a very good valetting, I literally got first class treatment. Colin and his staff are amazing. I had the worst possible case of bodily waste left in my car from a few of my passengers after a night out and I was livid that I'd have to sell it soon because of the stench and amount of damage I thought it would leave behind. I was gutted because my car isn't very old. It's a Hyundai x35 62 plate, so I was in panic mode. I worried that my seats and speakers especially would never be the same again but I was very wrong. I felt as if I drove away in a new car. The money was well worth it for the service provided. The journey also was worth it I left from South East London passing many other Valets on my way and I am extremely happy I did. Thank you guys for A class service and making me feel as welcome as I did. Couldn't have asked for better especially as I have a small child that travels with me on a daily basis, clean and germ free is exactly how I like it.

Great service, very professional and friendly. I had some body work done to fix some scratches/dents, and the car looked brilliant afterwards. The area feels very secure, as they reside in a manned underground carpark that requires going through a security gate (including the car being swabbed for drugs/explosives or something!), although we did manage to get lost finding the place (our fault).
The services aren't cheap, but car work never is and these guys bring a great quality of service, I'd highly recommend!

I was highly recommended to Wharfside Car Services by a girlfriend of mine as i had damaged my car and rang up a few companies only to find that Wharfside gave me the best advice and price to get the work done. They were effcient and done the work within 48 hours unlike the main dealers who wanted to book a month in advance, all i can say is good work Wharfside as special thanks to Colin, Kelly and the team.

Great customer service from start to finish.
I had my B M W professionally detailed and the results are amazing.
I had numerous chats with Igor at Wharfside’s Canada Square Branch regarding what I can do to remove scratches and swirl marks on my car and he suggested that I have a 3 stage machine polish finished with a Gtechniq laquer. He had quoted me a brilliant price at a fraction of the price than what I was quoted by a dealership.
Wharfside had made my car beautiful again. I would highly recommend you get your car detailed you would be amazed – it’s like driving a brand new car again.
I will certainly be back every week for my 2 bucket wash to maintain my car.

I'm very impressed with the services of wharf side car wash as a chauffeur, I've visited a lot of Carwash places and I can confidently say wharf side is the best so far! The management and staff are all friendly and professional.
I often use wharf side car wash even if the location is out of my way as they're the only car wash I'm impressed with! My car always look gleaming after a wash by wharf side!
