Fantastic service. We got inside and outside done for £20. This car wash closes at 7pm. We got here at 6.50pm they let us in and was done with the car by 7.01pm. Talk about team work. They have a toilet onsite also for customers.

I’ve been using this car wash for a while now and it’s been generally alright - no better, no worse than others but close to me. Unfortunately after today’s visit I won’t be coming back. Today I learned that my Ford Kuga is Extra Large (by all industry standards this vehicle is classified as mid size SUV). When I asked what size is a truck a was told “truck is a truck.” Very helpful.
I don’t know what they charge for a Range Rover that is twice as big as a Kuga but I am afraid they may be running out of a scale for it.
I understand it’s COVID times and businesses are struggling but inflating the size of your vehicle is not the way to gain new customers or in fact keep existing ones.

Staff not friendly at all. Not a good enough clean: parts of the outer windows still had water wash marks on them and not a good enough job inside either. Overly priced too. Steer clear! Better job for a better price at Ruxley

Used for the first time this morning - finally found a car wash that can actually clean my car and it’s wheels... one month and 1500 miles covered since last cleaned but now shining like new! £8 exterior clean, outer glass and tyre shine I’ll certainly be going again!!!!

Wasn't that good. Basic clean and lots of high pressure washer. Dirty bits dripped down on to clean bits. Wasn't worse clean. Not sure if I would go again.

Used this car wash today and I was charged £8 for them to just move the dirt around a bit
then they told me they ain’t washing inside they should of advertised this before I entered and I could of got a better wash at the local petrol station for half the price
ended up going to another car wash where they did a excellent job inside and out for only £12 and just 2 minutes from this one

Third time I have visited this car wash. First and second time clean was fine, not great but get what you pay for. Charged £6 for a small car (I drive a Mini), I went with my Dad the first & second time. Third time, young female on my own charged £8 and told my car is medium… even though on previous visits it was classed as a small car. When questioned I was told a 2 seater is classed as small and refused to give me my change. No explanation as why the price has suddenly changed. Ripping people off and not a great job cleaning the car. I bet if my Dad was with me I wouldn’t have been overcharged. Won’t be going back and have Reported to Trading Standards.

First time cleaning my car here...not too impress with their Gold service wash for £20. Front car windscreen had streak marks as it was not wipe down properly. Fluff from the cloth they use left over the car. May give them a 2nd chance to see if this was a one off

DO NOT use this car wash, rip off and trying to get extra money out of people, tried to charge me £5 extra because they said my car would need extra cleaning inside this was absolute rubbish I even had a stranger look on the car and confirm this was not the case my car was not extremely dirty just a way to get more money out of people it should be shut down.

Please people be aware that the lady running this place is unprofessional. Insisted my fiat 500 was £20 to clean outside and a quick hoover. Had to argue to get my £5 change back and £15 was too much, in my opinion, for the clean it actually had,

Popped in for the first time today! £30 for my Q7 seems great value! The attention to detail looks like second to none including removing all baby seats hoovering and using compressed air to get rid of all the day to day dust inside the car.
I can only say this beats other hand car washes I’ve used by a long way!

Brilliant service. Super quick, and thorough. I was there less than 25 minutes and sat inside a little cabin while the car was washed inside and out, with wax finish. Car was filthy from transporting things to the dump yet it was left super clean and nothing was missed. Highly recommended, and will be back again.

The worst car wash and customer service ever. Nothing but a bunch of crooks. On my first visit they charged me £18 for washing my 4 door merc b class hatchback and claimed its considered a large car. I told them if i went back home and drove my range rover in for a wash how much would they charge for inside outside they said the same price. My hatch back is quarter the size of my range rover. Do not wash your car here without asking for how much they will charge you first or else they will ask you to pay the highest price on their price list.

Brought a 69 plate mini in today , to be cleaned inside out £12.00 , charged £18.00 questioned this as on price board , and was advised to ignore , on top of that the clean was poor , I have a couple of cars I will not be returning.
Updated went back again today
Been to this place 4-5 times and prices varies on every visit without telling me , lady there is very aggressive when questioned, I wouldn’t recommend this place use local Ruxley garden centre valet much better service , just confirmed I won’t be returning

The actual car wash was decent, but as for customer service they fall below standard. I paid for a silver service for £12 and gave her £15. I asked for my change and the woman proceeded to say that the car was very dirty and that they basically gave me a gold service because it was dirty. Not my problem, I asked for a £12 service which is what I’ll pay for. She begrudgingly gave me my change and was moaning under her breath whilst giving it to me. Very unprofessional. They are extremely pushy for tips and I have experienced the same in the past. I won’t be returning now.

1st time ive been to this car wash.A fairly decent job in the area.I'll go every few weeks.Even when you get Busy,see IF you can cope!?.
Been afew times since.
First tried your car wash, you get a Little Bit Busy,the service becomes "Slack !".The Wait Becomes Longer,the Wash Service dry's out with Water marks on the body!!.
Disapointing, compared too when i went First Time !.
Reduced *'s accordingly...Down to 3,being generous!.
