By far the only car wash I'll ever use. Because the process is completely automated, queue times are usually minimal. Pay the attendant who will come to your car window (they take contactless) and enter the car wash which will take control of your car and push your car through (take your kids, they'll love it).

The pre-wash brushes that you see IMO employees manually apply to your car, will scratch your car regardless of what IMO claim. This part of the washing process must be removed completely or using manual brushes for wheel only.

Good service, I had the more expensive one as my car hadn't been done for a while. Came out gleaming. Only downside is it can't clean the inner part of the alloys properly so I need to take a cloth to them. Would certainly use service again.

Paid for Ultimate, £11 and the car was still dirty afterwards. It wasn't even able to remove bird poop on the bonnet, which I removed by hand easily.
I had to re-clean the car by hand upon returning home.

I would strongly recommend going to another car wash if you are not happy with the cleaning service they simply tell you to do one, so you contact customer services then they basically tell you to do one. Will not be using IMO car washes ever again.
