Wish I’d read the reviews before trusting my car with this company that doesn’t seem to check its work at all. We paid nearly £100 for their best treatment on our small car and arrived to find, in no particular order: visibly dirty alloy wheels, that could be wiped cleaner with a finger (!); dirty tailgate surround, incomplete treatment of interior plastics, incomplete treatment of exterior plastics, cleaning product that hadn’t been wiped off on the interior rubber mats (these entirely blackened cloths we used to remove the excess), dirty boot because they were too lazy to remove the liner, and a lack of attention to detail in numerous places. Whilst they may have had autoglym training it is clearly not being put into practise. They were also late despite claiming two hours yet the car was unfinished when we returned three hours later, by which point they clearly wanted us gone without doing a decent job. In addition they couldn’t take contactless payment despite advertising this capability. Definitely not returning.

I am not one to post reviews but safe to say having googled the company after such a poor job I feel obliged. All the negative reviews are an accurate reflection of my experience. Not completed in the time frame, over priced, very little attention to detail and not particularly friendly staff. My afternoon will now be spent cleaning it again, getting off the sticky marks left.
Also £25 interior and exterior with no polish is extortionate so I was expecting something exceptional. I am very surprised Bluewater management are letting this company continue reading these reviews! Avoid.

Just asked to have my car washed as they were not busy (now I know why!!). The prices displayed showed £9.99 for a bronze wash or £11.99 for bronze on 4x4 or MPV so was expecting the £11.99. Was quoted £24.99 as the car was "dirty". I wouldn't take it to a car wash if it was clean would I?!

Paid £28 and there was mud still in the boot and foot wells. Wheels not cleaned properly. Staff are rude and not interested. This is a lot more expensive than other places so I expect premium service, this is not. Looks good and professional but don't be fooled.
After this review I was contacted by someone who sent a free voucher as an apology. I went there yesterday and tried to use it to be told the voucher was not accepted... couldn't make it up!

Dropped my car off to be cleaned and well what hard work it was no one really wanted to talk to me.when I did get someone they kept trying to put me off of having it cleaned. In the end they decided to do it but no please or thank you where is the so called thing of customer service. Manners cost nothing without customers these people do not have a job maybe they need reminding of this. The good news is the car was not to bad but will find it hard to use again as staff are just rude.

In spite of other reviews I tried this car wash and it was awful. They were late (letting me stand waiting for over 20 minutes) and did a terrible job - polish smears all over the car. They were also reluctant to take a card payment - fortunately I had cash. Terribly poor service that wasn’t worth the money. I won’t go back.

DO NOT USE - STAY AWAY!!!
I dropped my new car off with them yesterday whilst I went shopping with my wife. I can back 3 hours later I paid £20 cash and then walked around the car to discover scratch marks all over my car and on every panel. I said that this has been caused by using a cloth or sponge that has grit within it. They replied that it was brought to them like this which I absolutely denied and argued. The car was brand new by a couple of months and this was the first time it was cleaned. They then tried to re-polish it but whilst they were doing this, the put the sponges and clothes on the floor which I said this is how it had been done In the first place. You must keep all these cloths and sponges off the floor. They then proceeded to say that it was my fault and the car had it scratches already before being cleaned. I said it was 100% not and I want to complain and get my money back. He said the number for the company is on my receipt and was not giving me my money back. This is absolutely disgraceful as I’ve now got to take my car back to the dealership and get it resprayed in full which will be a massive cost. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AS THEY DO NOT LOOK AFTER YOUR CAR OR PROVIDE A PROFESSIONAL SEVICE AND END UP DAMAGING YOUR CAR.

I used this place for convenience as I was going to bluewater for a couple of hours anyway and they wash the car while I shop. The price seemed high at £10 for just a wash of the outside, this is usually £6/£7 at a hand car wash, not only was the price high but they didn't even do a good job, windows were smeared in places and a there were a fair few marks of dirt around the body, the alloys were the only bit that were satisfactory. Take or leave my advice but I will be spending an extra bit of time, saving a few quid and getting a better job done by going anywhere else... I have never seen such a bad hand car wash.

Took our new car (only owned for 2 weeks) for a clean today, it’s first. The car was not particularly dirty. However, when we picked it up it wasn’t particularly clean either. It’s not easy to see in the car park but when you see the car in daylight you can see where it’s been missed. The wheels were by far the worst part.
Where we have had cars cleaned in the past they have been rolled slightly in order to view the wheels in a different position/angle, therefore, making sure the wheels are cleaned properly.
They were certainly not busy, so no excuse for a shoddy job.
Would I recommend having your car cleaned here? No
Would I use again? No
A waste of £20!

When we got back to the car it really wasn’t very clean...then we noticed all spots of sticky substance on the roof and drivers window. We complained...they were not there when we dropped the car off..their attitude was really bad. They called the manager who insisted it hadn’t happened there...yes it had.
We are now struggling to remove these spots..there are hundreds of them stuck fast. The manager asked the guy who had cleaned our car...he said our car was dirty when it went in...yes..that’s why we wanted it cleaned or are you supposed to take only clean cars there.
Now reading that this is a waterless car wash I am really concerned what is stuck to our car.
Will never use again. Just hope we are able to remove

I was going to use this company based on their use of Auto Glym products and prices which although not cheap, weren’t the most outrageous I’ve seen, however when I arrived I was put off by the poor language skills of the staff. I decided to check reviews and to my surprise the company was flooded with negative reviews, with positive reviews either suspect or blatantly fake. Makes you wonder just how poor this company must be if even with all the fake reviews they maintain such a low rating. Fake reviews should be prosecuted under fraud rules. It is not fair on end users that companies like this just write a fake review and expect to get business. Instead they should concentrate on improving their service and customer satisfaction. Will be reporting to trading standards with proof of faked review.

I had my car washed there on Saturday. Paid for the good service. £25, as I walked towards my car it looked gleaming so I tipped them an extra fiver. What a waste of money. As soon as I got the car in the daylight you could see lots of missed areas, and light scratches in the paint lacquer. The wheels where still full of brake dust. They hadn’t even bothered to hoover anywhere but the drivers side. I’d avoid in future. I actually went home and cleaned it myself and have now got to get the scratches buffed out. Do not use them!!

The overall experience was horrible and I wouldn’t go back there or even recommend it to anyone. I paid £35 for the platinum service and was asked to wait 2 hours. I had no issues with waiting but when I got back from the mall and saw the results. It was horrendous and disappointing. There was uncleaned polish all over the car body. Windscreen wasn’t wiped properly. The interior of the car was literally untouched except there was a big spray mark on the sat nav screen and odometer. The gearbox area was full of dust. There was dirt still sticking on to wing mirrors. When I approached the guy to show him his work. He said he didn’t do the dash properly as it’s too big! My car is a two door Lexus, not a SUV, and the amount I’m paying I would expect it to be sparkling clean as they had advertised for the platinum service! I showed him around the car the cleaning job he had done, he wouldn’t accept what I had to say. I had to call his manager, which took another 15 mins. He came and said that it was a great job done by his employee. When I asked him to come and see the car he refused. I showed him the dirt on the wing mirrors, he said it was a stone chip! I removed it myself in front of him but he denied. I tried to call the customer service number available on their website but apparently all the lines were busy then. I had no choice but to leave in anger and disappointment. The staff is rude and unprofessional. They have no customer service skills! It was awful, wouldn't ever dream of going back there ever again!!!!!!

I am disgusted at the service I received here today have had to email the owner of the car company. It needs to be closed down I have so many scratches in my car and was told I was lying by the apparent “manager” that works there. I honestly regret my decision to take my car here. Do not come here whatever you do. Refused to pay because it’s going to cost me so much money to get this repaired. They don’t even use water to clean the cars and rub them with dirty rags to ruin the car more. Tried to tell me they could get these scratches out and I let them but it did nothing. Thieves need to be shut down immediately to prevent more damage to more cars.

Too dirty apparently.....
I had parked under a tree for a couple of days and there was some light tree sap on the roof so thought I'd give these a go whilst shopping . I was so shocked when they said they couldn't do it because they needed a power spray which they did not have ?! What ??? :) . I questioned them in disbelief. I ended up doing it myself by hand when I got home with a some soapy water and a bucket, it was effortless and took me an hour ....
Seriously .... ! Do they not use warm water or car wash detergent. Dont waste your time. I guess it's only for cars with a little dust on :)

Popped to bluewater with the family and had the car washed whilst we shopped. Never again will i use this company. They have missed several spots on the car and the wheels and the overall finish is shocking. £10 seemed rather expensive, I was rite. DO NOT USE.

Left two cars to be cleaned inside and out 29 December - returned after 4 hours and neither had been cleaned inside. Left for a further 20 mins for job to be finished. On arriving home later, went to get a make up bag out of glove box (only put there that morning) to find a bottle of perfume and a make up item (used just before car was cleaned) gone from the bag and nowhere to be found in car. Packet of chocolate waifers (there specifically for the kids on a forthcoming trip) also gone...!! Have not yet taken up with car company/given them the opportunity to explain as travelled abroad early next morning. Will we be doing so upon our return.

Paid £25 for a gold service, but the inside of the car has hardly been touched. The dash was wiped down and carpets hoovered but nothing else. The boot wasn’t cleaned at all. Would not got go back.
When they ask you if the car is ok, please don’t forget you’re in a dark car park. Looks very different in the light.

Shocking! Nothing has been done properly. Dirt over the carpets and seats inside . Wheels still filthy. Polish residue all over the black plastic parts outside which wont come off now, also over the paint where it's not been buffed off. Avoid and save you money.

Left the car this week at the car wash at bluewater while I did shopping. Was the first car to arrive on the day but took more than 2 hours to wash it. When I got home I realised that 2 tired were clean and 2 dirty, back interior had bread crumbs and lots of dirt, around driver sit was dusty. Trunk filthy, hadn’t clean it at all. Paid £24.99 for this and had to wait for 2 hours for very bad service. Complete lack of ethics and quality in their work. Won’t come back.

Portray themselves as a professional company through their website and price list, but are far from it. My recently detailed car was left with this company for a ‘waterless wash’. I came back to find serious and potentially permanent scratches on the body work that were not present before. We even did an initial check of the car prior to washing and not one scratch was highlighted by them. There was no interest to remedy their mistake, they were just keen to take my money and send me in my way. A petrol station forecourt car wash would have done an equal job. Save your money

very poor tried to push towards a higher price service. i refused this as didn't want that.
upon return to the car I found a deep scratch on the rear window which I pointed out to the guy who took my money and he told me it was hidden by the bird poo. the scratch wasn't there there last night before the birds struck. he was very rude and almost threatening in his behaviour and to be honest after stopping in the daylight the wash was very poor. a forecourt car wash will do a better job.
requested to see a manager and was told he was I London, asked for a phone number and was told he didn't have one.
will never use again and will advise friends to avoid as overpriced and very poor customer service.

Rude attendant refused to do the wash for £10, instead insisting the £25 wash was done. Which I didn't want so left. Awful service. Look like a professional company but in reality they're barely interested and I'm not surprised other reviewers had their cars scratched. Awful. And takes up loads of car park spaces

our car was filthy after the snowy weather, and having it cleaned aT Bluewater while we were at the cinema was very convenient. The staff are courteous, and when we got back we could see it had been washed and I forked out my £20. However, once you exit the gloom of the multi-storey and get into regular daylight it becomes obvious that it is not a great job at all - there was even died white stuff in places e.g. around the doors, and my husband doesn't like the wax that is all over the windscreen. We'll not be using them again

Do not use this car wash. They do not know how to wash a car. I watched them use car polish on my car that very evidently had not been washed first. These people specialise in car paintwork scratching and nothing more. In subdued car park lighting, you can't see the damage until get into sunlight. I want to give them no stars, but that is not an option.

Appalling. Attendant was rude when greeting us and after we asked for the inside and outside to be cleaned which was expensive at £24.95, recommended the £35 was done. We stuck to the £25 wash but wish we had nothing done. When we returned the car still hard bird muck on it along with some leaves by the windscreen wipers. Once we had moved the car to another bay to continue shopping we noticed some loose change had been taken from the cup holder. I know it was taken as I had only put it in there that morning!! AVOID AT ALL COST!!!

These guys are thieves, we had unopened chocolate tubs in the boot that were opened when we returned to pick our car up, we only realised because one of the chocolates was left under a coat, it was a good job they were shut when I returned.
