Looking at the flake on the edges... can't tell me that was already there before this afternoon you morons.
Avoid like the plague.
First time and last time I'm ever visiting
Also every time I post the picture it keeps being removed.

Not bad, they had some bargains, unfortunately due to everyone buying stuff for their garden during the lockdown there was not everything we wanted, it was our first visit and I liked it a lot, staff were friendly helpful and quite jolly.

Was recommended by a friend of mine. Came about 6months ago and it was good on the outside but interior was terrible. I hoped it was just a one off and they overlooked what they failed to do. As I was back in the area, I thought I'd go in again (giving the benefit of the doubt). They made me feel uncomfortable with the way they looked at me and spoke in their own language then laughing. Again, outside was good. Inside tragic! Wasn't barely hoovered, missed the central part where hand break is. Didn't even attempt to go into the boot. And then at the end of it they charged me £12 (2pounds more)
I will never be going here again and will sway others too.

DO NOT HAVE YR CAR CLEANED HERE ! Just had my car cleaned, terrible experience ! I have a Mini Cooper with stripes on the bonnet, they ripped it and it’s taken a huge chunk out of the stripe - when challenged, they showed me the CCTV which showed my stripe ‘intact’ - but the owner tried to tell me ‘he had noticed it had a tear in it already’ when I came in ! I’ve recommended lots of people to use this car wash previously, not now ! The owner was not interested in trying to sort this situation out and was obnoxious - so, my £10 car wash has ended up costing me loads as I have to purchase new stripes now AND pay for someone to put them on my car. THANKS Hawley Road Garden Centre Car Wash - rude, unhelpful, owner and staff who knew they done it but we’re unwilling to alleviate the situation - I’d been warned previously not to use this company but gave them the benefit of the doubt - PEOPLE DO NOT USE unless yr willing to pay out for the damage to yr car which I now have to !

Prices increased but service gone down. Used dirty sponge on a dry car and left mirrors full of soap. Evidently the way to get rid of it is to blow the bubbles off mirrors instead of using the jet wash. Comical. If you want a decent job, go elsewhere.

The best I've used. They swarm the car with people who all know exactly what they need to do. I hadn't cleaned my car inside or out for a few months (I know, shame on me!). However, after 15 minutes and £10 at Hawley the car was immaculate. It would take me 1 to 1.5 hours to do the same job. The people were friendly as well. I'll keep going back.

Avoid like the plague! Paid for a £65 full valet and it was just a basic £10 in and out, I asked them to do the seats and they where just soaked in water and product and given back to me soaking wet. As I was heading home I also noticed they had broken my dash cam, as you can imagine my husband was very upset that I had been treated this way and headed back with the car, we reasonably pointed out what we where unhappy with and was simply laughed at and told to bad you have already paid, we pointed out that we would need to leave a bad review and he set upon my husband with a crow bar. Very bad experience overall :(

This is the worst and slowest car wash in Dartford. I waited 1h with only 2 cars in front of me... dissapointed. If you do not want to spend your Sunday there ...please avoid.
