Not sure why quite a few mistakes were made on my purchase. 1st the battery failed to start 20mins after buying, Then eventually died 3 days later, despite being told it had been checked. Second the car had no user manual in. 3rd a week after I had brought the car I was told I hadn’t completed the finance agreement and could I complete it as I have been given a car I haven’t paid for, I tried to find how this could possibly be, going through all my signed and completed forms and finding no fault - then I was told some hours later sorry actually it was a mistake on the companies computer system. When I brought my car in due to the battery being dead 3 days after purchasing I was not thrilled that I had to pay over £60 of my own money to get home in a taxi and £50 deposit upfront for the hire car provided as a replacement, I was told all this gets reimbursed eventually and the company have been kind to say they will reimburse me the full amount even though normally they only do up to £50, but I would have thought Mercedes could provide a car of their own as a replacement and save customers the hassle. I was at the end of my wages so had to use my overdraft for this for something that was not my fault. On the plus side all staff I dealt with were well mannered, and didn’t mean to make any of the mistakes they did. Also all the problems were fixed by Mercedes within one day and without much fuss. Their system for getting it all sorted was generally very good and organised.

I can't emphasise enough how helpful & delightful Mason P was when I walked into the store.The guy deserves a promotion or a pay rise at least as he is a superb brand ambassador, he was patient with my many questions & his knowledge of the vehicles seemed extensive. He really made the whole experience easy, straight forward and even after making the sale, he assisted me sorting out the car's radio and a few other questions that I had. I must say that the flowers (received when collecting the car) were a great touch as well. SUPER HAPPY WITH THE WHOLE EXPERIENCE & OF COURSE THE CAR & I WOULD RECOMMEND SMART OF BRIGHTON TO ANYONE!!
