After an issue with a brake judder, my car was booked in at Brighton. Ryan Stock collected my vehicle on his way home as he lives locally and dropped off a loan car. I had a phone call the next day to say all the work had been completed and my car would be back that evening. I never had any issues and Ryan was fantastic and kept me up to date. Highly recommend this dealer

From my initial call with Mercedes Brighton I knew I had made the right choice. The entire team were friendly, prompt & professional. In particular Alex Ponton, who looked after absolutely everything for me. I had struggled with responses from other dealerships and felt I was not taken seriously. Alex’s genuine care and commitment organising the perfect car for me makes for an excellent example of what every employee/dealership should strive towards. My family and I were blown away by his customer service throughout the entire process and beyond. So thank you Alex. The car is beautiful and I am so pleased. Everyone thought I was crazy for going back and forth to Brighton for a car being that it’s some two hours away from home. However for such impeccable, genuine service & trustworthy quality I wouldn’t dream about going elsewhere. I will definitely be using Alex’s expertise when the time comes for another one. Very good!! I am a disabled driver, an amputee of my right leg and when I needed to query the colour of my car, a very nice person came to meet me in their car park to visually inspect the car, as it had had a respray and the previous owner had not bothered to inform the DVLA of the slight difference of gray shown on the log book. Many thanks to the young man!

I had my C63 serviced by Mercedes of Brighton, there was an initial concern about the cost but it wasn't much more expensive than a local specialist had quoted me, and the service I recieved from Lee and the team was superb, my car was collected and returned to my home, a video clip was sent to me showing area's of concern, excellent, can't rate them highly enough..

Having recently had my car serviced here I can honestly say that I was made to feel very comfortable given the current pandemic, in particular Paul Allen who is always friendly and efficient! The car was conveniently collected at my home address and dropped off after it was all done which is brilliant given covid-19 as it reduces any unnecessary contact! I would definitely recommend the service team here and wouldn’t go anywhere else, I will be back!

The job was to replace the steering rack and braes which was a bill for £3k - this was very annoying as I had wanted to take out an extended warranty and was not advised that the warranty had run out, then when asking for the price to take out a warranty the price was very high because the warranty had run out. Apparently the reason for this was that the "communication preferences" had been set by the sales person on the sale of the vehicle to be "no contact" which was not what I had asked for - and had made it very clear on purchase that I would want to extend the warranty.

In the current situation where people are advised to stay at home in the wake of the Covid virus, it was very helpful to have my car collected from my home address beforehand and returned to me after the annual service. As well as the video, I also appreciated a phone call to let me know the results of the service prior to its return later that day. My recently purchased Mercedes was serviced at Mercedes of Brighton and I wanted to leave a note to review the service which I received. Of particular note was the treatment and high standard of service that I received from Neil, who advised me through the end to end process, from advising me on the best option to cater for my needs (a service plan is now set up which provides me with the best value and convenience by far) through to collecting the car on the day of the service and making everything was taken care of. My Merc is now serviced for another year and I have the peace of mind that it is all taken care of by Neil at Mercedes of Brighton!

I just wanted to say that we were very pleased with how Aaron handled everything. We were not in a hurry to purchase the GLS at this time but the deal offered by Aaron was not something that we could miss out on. Aaron was very knowledgeable, friendly and at no point pushy. When comparing this experience with the time when we purchased the C Class a few years back from Mercedes Brentford, this was a lot smoother and less stressful. We would definitely recommend the Mercedes Brighton branch to our friends and when changing the car next time, we will definitely come back to Brighton again, despite the fact that we live in London.

The fault with the radio and battery is still there. I have rung twice to talk to someone about it but no one has rung me back. That is poor service. 18th December update: Lee Stevens rang me and arranged for my car to be taken in and thoroughly examined. They have diagnosed the fault and replaced my battery and control unit on media system. Through Lee's efforts 50% of the cost of parts was contributed by Mercedes and no extra labour charges applied in programming the media system. I can report that the response has been excellent and Lee went the extra mile. Many thanks to Lee and Lookers of Brighton, an excellent response.

The pick up and delivery service was so convenient. Your team even arranged for the tyre to be picked up to save me a journey they said.
