Very simple process, I used the website on Friday afternoon, got a call back, popped down there Saturday morning and was home by 11. Andy was very helpful, I was in and out in ten minutes. Fair prices offered, much better than comparison sites or WBAC. Would recommend and would use again.

Great buying experience from Andy / Paul, bought a great family run around car Renault Scenic Megan, unfortunately the car wasn't for me and due to unforeseen circumstances encountered some issues. After speaking with Andy amicably and addressing the matter he resolved things instantly offering a gesture of a replacement car, however due to circumstances i couldn't obtain insurance. However Andy's great personality and people person skills gave me faith in the center, and i was offered a replacement (which i collect Saturday all being well)
The used car market can be an awful place, (trust me i know the market having worked in it now for 5 years), but these guys are genuine, helpful and respect the buying customer.
Should any buying customer have an issue with them, i would ask you to give them time / common courtesy, to resolve the issue (like i did) and you shall be surprised with how helpful and responsive they will be in resolving your issue.
Great people, friendly, helpful, respectful.
Would use again.

This company doesn’t deserve any stars! After putting a deposit down 11 days ago i’ve Just found out that the car I was buying is no longer for sale due to needing a new ABS module. We had to phone up several times to find out what was happening due to the severe lack of communication. Staff implied the EOS would be ready after a few days and then kept changing the goal posts, one minute it was nearly ready just waiting on the trimmer and then then 5 days on its no longer available! Staff were rude and obnoxious and didn’t seem bothered that they had wasted our time. AVOID THIS COMPANY!

I purchased a car from here and the sales man couldn’t give us a better dea and rushed the sale through, however he told us the brakes were done brand new before we would pick the car up and they weren’t they actually ceased the brakes which made us very close to a serious accident!!!!!!
