My experience at the Clapham Junction branch had to be witnessed to be believed. I was already appalled that KELLY baited me by LYING about how much she would offer for a payback on a phone but to have the screen of my phone SPAT ON by another customer service representative and wiped on her jumper was beyond SICK, FILTHY and REPUGNANT!
What a DISGUSTING PIG!
