The manager at this shop is quite helpful. However, there is a big woman with a weave working there who thinks she is the manager. She is very bad mind. Always has her eye in your electrical buy backs and jewellery. She can't wait to put your items in the shop window even when she knows you are a long standing customer and will be coming back. Even with jewellery tickets calls a month before due date just so she can send your stuff off before the time.
There are other shops much better than this. Go somewhere else.

Nice staff who can send a photo of items to a valuer and get a response in minutes. Staff made me a coffee and were very helpful. Good Pawn Broker.
