Fighting for safer working conditions, protecting workers rights, and fighting against cuts to safety aspects of travel we all enjoy.
Without the RMT, Transport would be deplorable for us all.
People tend to only look at how strikes affect them for a couple of days and not the reasons as to why a strike is happening.
Workers do not get paid to strike and don't take the decision lightly. Workers like the large majority of travellers.
Large bonuses from big wigs in the higher echelons could do with a trim.
Support the RMT in it's endeavour to improve all our conditions when travelling or working in transport.

RMT are a bunch of greedy communist loan sharks. They want more and more of our money. Crush this union and form a more modern, forward straight-thinking union that aren't so power hungry. They're extremely negative, never say anything positive about improvements. They even support North Korea! Zero stars is the most they should have out of five, greedy liars, hateful and wrecking rail and bus travel all across Britain.

Mick Lynch (RMT boss) pockets £150,000 / year. It's in his best interest to keep the union members angry and striking. He needs to justify that salary.

Waste of time and money. Joined this Union and payed my subs, but got no support when I had trouble at work (disciplinary). Just had a quick phone chat which proved useless!! Lost my job and obviously have cancelled my membership. What is the point in joining, what are we paying for? Useless!!

A useless organisation, full of people who are a waste of oxygen and skin. Boycott ALL rail travel until we have 0 guards, and get rid of the driver's too... Its a damn train - what are they 'driving'?! Automate the whole system and sack ALL employees. Then they can strike 365 days a year.

Gives unions a bad name. Doesn't care about the working class any more, just wants to play politics and feather their nests at the expense of everyone else. Whole Underground has been guardless for years and never seems to have issues, we've had guardless trains running perfectly safely for decades now. Screwing over the true working class by stopping the trains running over nothing!

No there shouldn't be a guard on the train if the way i get treated is anything to go by. 7th April I'm a disabled lady and couldn't find anyone to put the ramp down so i could board the train. I was going from Ashford International to Hastings. Your guard was at front of the train reading a newspaper so i said I needed a ramp and he was angry that i disturbed him, slammed his paper down and said "cmon then". He equally slammed the ramp and indicated rudely for me to go up it, i did so and ran into somebody's suitcase and promptly moved it to one side. Your guard got on and said "You did that on purpose, I saw you". I said I hadn't, but your guard insisted that i did. There were people in the disabled section, and couldn't get in there. The guard did both by to help me. I was upset. I had to stay by the doors. The guard came again and picked on me about the suitcase even tho he could see I was upset and he got the people who were in the disabled space to pick on me. Then he had a conversation. With one of them about me which i challenged him about and he replied that it was a private conversation and i said if so why talk about me. He went off in a huff. I was then bullied by the people in the disabled section and felt your guard had given them enough ammunition to bully me.
We arrived at Hastings, he put the ramp down, and because I had to come down backwards, it took a little longer, and one woman pushed me and got off the train, the others were jeering me which made me more nervous.
I began to exit the station, and when i looked back, could see your guard laughing at me with his station colleagues. The guards name was Paul. I reported this to Southern Rail. Would you want this on the train? That's why there should not be a guard on the train.
