I went there with my daughter but maybe we were invisible. I took a ticket and waited in an empty line and my number was not called. So just decided to use the atm outside. Actually my first visit at this branch too so I was rather surprised. Oh well. I'm sure that my next visit will be ok..

Used to be the best bank I ever used but since December change over to new systems I've had one problem after another. Problems with ;- Direct Debits Getting statements Making transfers Confusion over balance on new account numbers Online security issues Online functionality Problems with new Mastercard debit card at the Supermarket and on some websites. (old Visa card was fine) and now problem with getting customer service.

Appalling. The most Idiotic system to cue up. Take a day off to bank in here. No wonder it's the most used bank by benefits people. Who else has got the time to waste waiting on them?

Since the system change over it has become ridiculous. Waiting in the line outside in the cold for over two hours waiting for them to sort out the problem. And they say they cannot let you on the premises til the issue is sorted. Have in mind they are meant to open 9:30am and we didn't gain access until some thing to 11. Majority of banks and post offices open from 9 and on time. I dont see why we as the customers have to suffer for your mishaps. Get it sorted, it aint fair.

Very poor service. I tried to help one homeless guy to open a bank account so he could claim benefits but it was impossible. We need bank account to claim universal credit and that to take him off the street! Nightmare! I salute to English Banking system!!!

The fact that if I send someone money in the evening or if they send me money in the evening it won’t be received until the next day. Same in the day time you make a transfer or receive a transfer and have to wait hours for it to arrive. It’s impractical and if it is an emergency situation you are f’d. Considering it’s the 20th century you would think that things would be done straight away. I personally would not use this as a main account as it’s a joke. You wait a min for 40 mins for someone to answer the phone to be hung up on before you can even open your mouth to say hello
