So far I haven't drawn down any money but I'll tell you what ...if all financial institutions were like this the world would be a better place...from filling in the really simple application to getting to the stage of where I could draw down was about 35 mins!..put this into perspective..I asked my business banking manager just for the same amount of money as an overdraft(it's not a very big amount) last week...I still haven't had a response off him! I must say i was gobsmacked at the speed! It's like online shopping!
Ok this is not the cheapest money in the world....but I'm only going to be using the funds for maybe days or weeks at a time and then repaying and doing the same again and again IF need be...but when you think about it...to get an overdraft of any type these days I bet it would cost you a minimum of £500...banks don't do £200/£300 fees anymore I would imagine...IWOCA is 0 Fees upfront!....I now know the funds are there if I need them...I can work on my business rather than worrying about what if I have a bad month etc..etc!
So far so good...I would recommend these guys for the small amount that I need...I can't speak for larger amounts or how it will be when I start to draw down and repay etc....But will update this review when I do.

Every week for the past 12 months we have received spam from this company - God knows how they obtained our details or how they are proving compliant with GDPR.
Regardless the total disregard for the planet through wasted paper, postage, printing etc is insane.

Nasty company to deal with. After applying for a loan with them they literally refused to delete my data from their system and said they gonna keep it for 7 years. I actually could not believe that as it's against the law and human rights. What a world with live in...They just trade our data whenever they want. Absolute scam and disgrace. Reported to ICO.

Fantastic !!! No more calling your financier to top up your loans and draw down on existing facilities. Just do it online. Wish the big banks would follow what IWOCA does. Quick decisions and great account management. You wont feel like a SME with them. You will feel like a Global 500 company thanks to their amazing service and quick turn around times. They redefine lending. Try them you wont be disappointed.

Have iwoca account since 2016, 2 top up, all was well since 3 months ago, when our sales were decline, we still manage to pay 50% of total each month. Bank Statement provided, but they rejected the 50% payment, agreement is for 1 year, we may be behind few hundred £ behind actual payments but always in touch and never ignore, now today we had call from private number so as called debt collection agency to verify name and DOB, how can you disclose your personal details to someone if you have a call from unknown number, explained everything about payment history, and person has no option to hang the call.
Be careful, we will not recommend the company if in case you have some downfall in sales, Their staff is very aggressive when it comes to collection with all sorts of words like ccj, bankruptcy etc.
We will not recommend this company for small business start up as they not helpful.

Not professional.
Got a loan for last half a year or so. Requested 2 days ago to use more money and Received a call yesterday morning that I can use more funds as almost half of the loan is paid off.
Same Evening I received an email that I can't use the funds. After speaking with Annabel she informed me that they changed decision because I was late with payments last few months so I explained AGIAN that I was not. I requested to change repayment date but no action was taken and every month I was notifying them when I will make repayment. If that been change this situation would not happen.
EVERY TIME u ring there is different person on their end. My account manager changed few times in last 6 month as well. Maybe this is a problem.?

I keep getting letters from Iwoca I have never used them. They keep writing to me offering me credit. I have had 3 letters in the last 3 months. I never asked for this.

Do not approach if you have less than a good credit rating. I wasted several days of my life with these people whom I found to be too cherry picking and not seeing the the reality of a business snap shot. Possibly good hearted people but me thinks they have a different agenda these days. They are also not very cheap on the rotation loan.

So much unwanted mail from these people (03/05/19), never signed up, spoken to them or even know how they have my name and address!!
Now they're asking me to get in touch to give them my details so they can remove me from their system. You have my details, name and address!! I'm a size 9 if it helps, two kids a wife and a pet snake! I like holidays in France, running and F1. My brother lives locally, dad's dead and mum lives in Welsh Wales. If you need anything else or just fancy a chat please give me a call.

Iwoca have come to my rescue every time I’ve needed them. I have a personal manager who is always ready to assist, so are other members of staff whenever he’s not available. This was once again recently demonstrated when I urgently required assistance when he wasn’t available. My Iwoca recommendation is without reservations and is based on my personal experience.

Dreadful company..my office manager attempted to deal with IWOCA at my request and was treated very badly by TANJA the administrative assistant at Iwoca.
Having responded to a direct mail and as we were in talks with a reputable lender , my manager asked for a comparison quote.. IWOKA immediately response with “your loan has been approved”!!
It’s not at all approved , like all of these HIGH INTEREST loan sharks they prey on the small business who may find it difficult to Secure finance through the banks..
What approved means in IWOCA language is: don’t go anywhere else until we have had the chance to quote, by which time we will have wrecked your companies chances of securing a loan elsewhere because once you have gone past the “ approved” stage we will perform a hard search which will be recorded on your credit file so you will need to stick with their high interest rate loan!! Luckily for us TANJA was so rude and poor at her job I rejected IWOCA before they had the chance to do any damage to our credit rating...
Really bad form, I would steer clear of this lot unless you are really desperate!!
