DO NOT DEPOSIT CASH INTO THEIR ATM AFTER BUSINESS HOURS!! I tried to make a cash deposit around 11pm, which I had done several times before. I inserted the money, the machine took it but did not provide me a deposit confirmation slip. It took almost three days for them to audit the machine and deposit it into my account. I will NEVER use that machine ever again. Not even to take out money.

Not enough tellers and they try to make small talk which makes the line longer. I have seen 15+ people lines. I opened a business account and they made numerous mistakes from spelling my name wrong (they were looking right at the drivers license and still spelled it wrong) to losing paperwork.

Very customer bad service. They pick and choose who they want to see at the new account service department. Try to avoid ALEX JIMEZ at all cost. Worst customer service, bad attitude, and definitely no respect for customers at all.
