I have been a Georgia’s Own member for a long time and just went through them to finance my first big vehicle purchase. The customer service from Deanna throughout this process was top notch! She took the time to answer my (many) questions and was dedicated to helping me secure the loan. She was friendly and professional and made the involved experience of purchasing a car that much easier. Thank you!

Just left this location and I was really stuck as I couldn't figure out how to get a complicated deposit done. Ms. Niema took her time and helped me figure it out. She showed poise and provided excellent customer service. Keep up the good work!

Georgia's Own feels like hanging out with family. My finace's have been up and down and I have never felt like I wasn't good enough for this credit union. They have also gave me choices. I will stay for years to come.

Awful bank unless you don’t need your money right away. You will be inconvenienced. And hope you don’t work 9-5 or else you’ll never get to a branch. Unless you drove 30 min out side of your way to get to a brsnch in tucker that doesn’t care. Very upset with my service. Very upset with the speed it takes to resolve issues with your bank. Would never recommend to anybody

I am with an affiliated credit union, American Broadcast Employees FCU out of Washington, DC. When I am in town I always visit Georgia's Own in Tucker. They have always been very pleasant, take their time to assure all my needs are addressed, and extremely professional. Great staff and very attentive to my needs.

Will sell you products under false pretenses and NOT make up for the lies they tell. Executives are shady and talk nicely but yield absolutely NO results. Employees get away with telling consumers lies and the consumer ends up STUCK! I thought I had found the right place to call home in this financial institution but turns out to be a LIE! Run far away FAST and go with another credit union! These people are the worst in terms of customer service and morals! If I didn't have to click on a star their rating would have been ZERO!

I would give them less than one star. They have the worst customer service of any bank I have ever had. They don't answer emails, it is impossible to get anyone on the phone at this office. Everyone seems brain dead here. They don't even put out pens so you can endorse checks. This is one pitiful branch and the manager should either fix these are be replaced. And I hope that they do read my email....if you do...please give me a call...you do have my phone number.

I have never had an issue. Yes, I've waited in a line before and if you go too late on a Saturday afternoon you will be waiting to talk to somebody, after all not all branches are open on Saturday. I've received great service every time I've gone in which is here and there over the course of about 8 years.

THE slowest drive through on the planet. Don't even worry about being ready with your deposit. Because it's going to be a long time. I see people Park and walk in, and they leave before I make it out of the drive-thru. Why do I even go through the drive-thru? I'm dumb.

Just aweful the drive through takes forever, literally took 45 mins with only two car ahead of me. Inconsistent policies, you've been warned. They give credit unions a bad name. Will be moving my money soon:(

The worst!!!!! Six people in line, and they start closing windows down to one… and that is after I stood there for 20 minutes, no kidding!... and the place is about as exciting as a paper sack...... switching to Georgia United credit union, as soon as I can get somebody to help me… I may be up for retirement by then!... by the way, if you go to the drive-through, you might want to take a movie with you. OK, update… if you forget something in the lobby, or drop a card, there is no way to call back branch.... The guy I just talked to said that they email a request to the branch and they may or may not get back to you with your answer and then he will call you.... but there is no way for them to call the actual branch and speak to someone. Is this even for real?... what if you are that one branch... I need information from your home branch for something like a car loan etc.? You've been warned, stay away.
