After we requested to break the contract due to unprofessional behavior of their staff, we received a call from the "management" telling we owe them fees all the emails they've sent us (!). The email communication fees were never part of the contract. Unfotunately, the integrity is missing.

I run a physical products business and a service business and use Ecommerce Accountants for both as well as on a personal, self-employed front. I've used their service for a long while now and they've just got better.

They are well versed in dealing with both PHYSICAL PRODUCT and SERVICE type companies but, most notably, they are incredibly strong when it comes to physical product businesses such as the Amazon FBA model. They understand the online world and even how to work with niche services such as Payoneer and WorldFirst if needed. They can also help you on a self employed (sole trader) level if you don't run a company.
SERVICES
They offer BOOKKEEPING, ACCOUNTING, FILING & ALL RELATED services. All the number stuff.
SET UP & MAINTENANCE
Anytime you need to set up a SYSTEM or process with them, they send you a beautifully outlined string of screenshots and also utilize handy checklists. Their processes keep improving, making it easier and easier for you to provide them with your month to month details so they can handle all the rest. They take a great deal of care in making it easy for their customers. I appreciate that.
ECOMMERCE
If you run an eCommerce business, especially an FBA BUSINESS, look no further!
They've built integrations with Seller Central which means you no longer need to download reports yourself, you can just give Ecommerce Accountants access to the specific areas, saving you even more time. By the way, you can do this for both European and North American seller accounts :)
SUPPORT
I often ask members of their team QUESTIONS and they help me out every single time even if it isn't exactly about their service. They also often jump on requests from governing bodies for you, so you keep everything up to date and don't miss important things. It's great to have them in your corner!
