I had a great experience with QAccounting. Sushil made sure the on-boarding was very smooth, explained me everything very clearly, helped me with advice to get a new company started, and even managed the filing for a previous company I own. All this while not being pushy at all - which is pretty unlikely these days. The only regret is that I didn't hear about QAccounting earlier since it reduces so much of my stress associated with administrating the business.

I have been with this company for 6 years. My early experience with QDOS Accounting was not particularly good and I had to have a number of errors corrected. However, this review, at 5 stars, refers to my later experience with QAccounting and specifically my account manager Agam Saini. He has been outstanding. He has returned y e-mails promptly, given sensible advice, never been worn down by my regular questions and produced accurate accounting throughout. His continuous assistance and support through a rather long-winded process of closing my company down has been outstanding. I cannot thank him enough for everything he has done. On the back of his excellent work, the Accounting team has also provided me with great support. Thank you Agam and the team.

Do not use this provider. Due to serious negligence I have suffered 3 fines from HMRC during 2 terrible years with this group. All 3 of the 'Client Managers' assigned to me have had almost zero knowledge of my accounts and have cost me signficantly in fines, time and stress. I am having to take legal action due to the serious issues caused. Avoid at all costs.

The vast majority of 5 star reviews for this company are people rating how easy it was for Sushil to set up their account (misleading customers with fake reviews is illegal by the way). In reality, this company will offer you a totally non user friendly portal, and month long waits for simple calculations and information. Avoid.

Horrible experience. Spent a year or a little over a year with this company. As soon as I joined they started making mistakes - mistakes which cost me dearly in HMRC penalties. Some of the issues I faced, incorrect VAT setup, incorrect VAT calculations, as well as multiple late filings due to lack of communication by QDOS (now QAccounting). Their incompetence cost me a fare penny in fines but I've learnt my lesson.

8 1/2 months post year end. Less than 2 weeks til filing and I still have not received my company accounts despite many requests and promises they have been prioritised. My comments regarding Qdos covering all fine and charges for late filing are ignored. They really do not seem to care.

Customer since 2015. They used to be good when still trading as QDOS, now absolutely terrible. My company accounts last year were ready with just 2 days to go before HMRC deadline. This years accounts are also nowhere near ready months after year end. Each time I'm having to laboriously piece together info for them which they've already had from me. Why am I doing their job for them?! They can't communicate effectively, and don't seem to be able to get the accounts done correctly or on time, so I've ended our relationship and have a new accountant who is great and really highlights how awful QAccounting have become. Shame.

I've been using Qdos Accounting for over a year now and their service is excellent. I was initially going to go with First Freelance which also offer nearly as good a service but at a way higher price.
Qdos Accounting meet all my accounting needs and Shelagh Simpson (my client manager at Qdos) has guided me through some difficult documentation and saved me a lot of effort thus allowing me to focus on my business.

I am an IT contractor and sell my services through my Ltd company QDOS is managing. E.g. all sort of tax payments, expense tracking, etc. are handled by them with minimal work for me left. Also always providing suggestions for the best on my side.
QDOS is handling my requests in less then 3 hours and are always helpful in explaining certain processes, no matter when and what I ask.
I am very happy and can only recommend their services.
I use also insurances of them which can also be individualised!
