In September 2019 I was introduced electronically by my South African tax advisor to Graham Busch, a partner in Gerald Edelman, and his colleague Sonal Shah, with a view to being assisted with tax and related matters associated with re-location to the UK. I've been with Geraldedelman for a few years now, they provided excellent console on both company and personal tax matters.
I am particularly grateful for the assistance their Deal Advisory department provided to my company Nextlayer when we were preparing our finical models for an up-coming investment round. They also offer a lot other tech startup relevant services such as applying for EIS advance assurance certificate.
