Highly recommended. I used Central Bikes to help me with a move from my small moped onto a larger bike. They couldn't have been better. They were really knowledgable and able to give really sensible and practical advice as to what would be the best for me. Initially by phone and then in person, Patrick and Tom were really pleasant and easy to deal with, and really know their product. Hand over was easy and smooth and after sales service is first class too. V happy and would certainy use again.

I have been a customer of Central Bikes in Charlotte Street for about 10 years now and just collected what is now my third bike through them today. As ever Guy, Tom, Vito and the rest of the team are super helpful, patient, friendly - everything you would wish for from a bike shop. They always make me feel confident with my purchases and the after sales service is also excellent. Whether you are a seasoned rider or just looking to get started, I cannot recommend Central Bikes enough.

Due to COVID-19 and the closure of the Shepherd’s Bush workshop I had to use the Charlotte street branch. This was inconvenient for me but understandable. The staff friendly and no issues handing over and collecting. Hopefully your other branch opens back up soon. Thanks for keeping me on the road and working through this pandemic. ????????

These guys are complete amateurs, i bought a brand new mp3 bike from them, 9 months now and three visits to the work shop and they still cant get the wiring right for the heated grips and leg cover causing battery to drain... zero interest to make it right too.

They were very busy but they fit me so I could have my Vespa quickly as they knew I was walking to work all week 2 hours journee and back

I have bought two bikes now from Central Bikes on Charlotte Street and they are absolutely fantastic.
The shop is central so it meant I didn't have a long ride home - very reassuring when driving home your first bike.
Each time I am there I receive the best customer service, especially from the magnifique Norbert! He helped me with all the paper work as I find this difficult to understand. Norbert made it so easy - I just went in, filled in the forms (which he talked me through slowly), bought the bike and drove away without any hassle at all - thank you Norbert!
Everyone who works there knows their trade inside out and genuinely wants to help find the best bike and deal for you. I cannot recommend these guys highly enough - if I could give 10 stars I would!
