A Very nice dealership, help and advice given in all aspects. As a first time rider purchasing the new Piaggio MP3 500 ABS i asked a lot of questions in store and via email. Guy and his side kick Norbet who helped advise on what i should get and what i should not get (even if they had a financial gain) was very helpful. Very Satisfied, even though Guy promised to give me the 10% off all the riding gear i purchased, which was a lot, but maybe i was too excited on the day collecting and making the final payments. Hope Guy gives me a very good deal on my first service or other stuff i be will be purchasing from their lovely store. For all the ones unsure, it's worth popping in to have a chat.

After my daughter had her Vespa broken in to, I finally took the plunge and decided to get a new Vespa from Central Bikes. Guy was very patient with the endless questions and took the time to advise my daughter what scooter would and would not be suitable for her. He also let me beat him down a little on the price :). I don't normally leave reviews but in this case I think it is well deserved.

I recently purchased my first bike and Central Bikes were very helpfuly! Guy always kept me informed of the bikes shipping progress and was more than happy to any questions I had and also still have with regards to running and maintenance. I would definitely recommend for an easy and pleasent shopping experience.

3 months for a repair are a lot, but they were unfamiliar with the model and blame Aprilia's slowness in sending parts (even though they started by claiming that a they had to change a 350£ electronic part, when in the end it was a 70£ injector). However what really upset me, was that when they returned the bike they had "lost" my almost new helmet. They claim that a customer had taken my helmet "by mistake". I call that theft, and was just given an old, broken helmet in return, saying that the manager would have called me back, which never happened. If you think this is professional behaviour attentive to costumers, go. Otherwise do like me and from now on AVOID, there are much better places to bring your motorbike to in London.

I just picked up my third bike from Guy over at Central Bikes. Although I bought my first Vespa at Metrolpolis I will never make that mistake again. I have since bought a Vespa 125, then traded it into a Vespa GTS 300 (which unfortunately was stolen). Guy then gave me a great deal on Piaggio MP3 500 which I just took delivery. I have also had my former bike serviced after an accident and they did a terrific job. Central Bikes care about customer loyalty, which they build through service and trust. I’ve never posted before, but this company deserves it.

Am a MP3 yourban owner and had two wonderful experience with the team, especially Guy: a last minute cooling fluid issue that was fixed in a couple of hours and MOT - easy to deal with, not trying to charge you for unnecessary work and super reactive. Couldn't recommend more the place.

I recently bought a Piaggio MP3 500 from Norbert at Centralbikes. He was patient and very helpful. I had originally gone in to another motorbike shop in Vauxhall and had a terrible experience where they were rude and didn't care. My experience here was the complete opposite. Being new to 'biking' I had lots of questions about what I needed in terms of equipment and Norbert was more than happy to accommodate. My only constructive criticism was that they could have a bigger selection of clothing but considering the size of the shop they are pretty well stocked. I feel welcome to go back and I'm pleased I bought from them. I also love the bike/trike!

From start to finish which ultimately lead to a new Vespa GTS it was an absolute pleasure. Norbert was extremely patient and didn't make me feel like an idiot despite my newbie status. I probably tried on every helmet that they had in the shop and not even a flicker of irritation. Couldn't recommend them highly enough.

In my honest opinion: these. people. are. scumbags. I bought my Vespa from them 6 months ago (they were helpful enough then, to be fair), had a *low speed* crash in which I didn't even fall off, and took it there to get an estimate. The chap on the phone tried to buy it back off me 'because it is so badly damaged, and was probably better as a source for parts'. WHAT a cheek! Two other professional opinions contradict this. I was charged £30 for an estimate *WITHOUT being forewarned* - I paid it, but that must be against some kind of law?! I was NOT charged for other estimates I have had. To cap it off, the guy who sold it to me, on seeing the bike, acted as if I'd just punched his toddler, and treated me as if I were a reckless moron. I flatter myself this is not the case. He proceeded to then JOKE about the state of my bike. It might have been funny to him, but he lost a customer for life. In short, stay away. If you want a decent service, go to Lazer in Chalk Farm. They're cheaper, more honest, and always charming guys. AND their work with my previous bike was always excellent. But stay away from these guys, they're not worth your cash.

They will try to rip you off. They try in every way to do jobs that you didn't require and charged 42£ to change the back bulb and pull the clutch wire. Plus I waited 2 hours for a 5 minute service job. Worst experience ever. They weren't able to close properly the cover of the engine and I had to do it by myself. And I had to bring after 2 days the vespa to my usual service because the clutch cable was not pulled properly (and my usual service did it for free). Stay away as much as you can.

I picked up my brand new Vespa Primervera 125 on Saturday and I love it! Central bikes were a great help in getting me on the road - I was offered a really good 0% finance deal that was sorted out very quickly and the staff (Norbert in particular) were friendly, enthusiastic and gave efficient service, highly recommended!

Just bought the new Gti Super sport and the team here has been amazing in assisting throughout the whole process. After offering me the best finance ever... 0% Guy, the owner, managed to have my bike ready for use in only 2 days. Their customer service and their professionality made me feel more than welcome. I will definitely rely on them for any further mechanical support or cunsultancy. Thank you Central Bikes. Thank you Guy.

not the worst but close.. I feel you always have to compromise. Either you have a great mechanic but it's really far away, or you have one that comes in handy but that is not as good as the other one.. I think this is a great store to buy a scooter or if you have a scooter to do basic repairs. I have a CBR 600F and I only chose to come here because it's really close to where I work. I find them really really expensive and at times quite unprofessional. Left them my bike twice already while I was on holiday for a week so that I'd have it done by when I was back.. and oops they forgot, there was a miscommunication whatever.. took ages! and the whole point of me bringing the bike in whilst on holiday was lost. last time I brought it in: -brakelight bulb and switch -new choke cable -braking pads + labour => 240£ Also, I'd expected them to tell me that my batter was almost dead. No. One day after I picked it up (after 2x weeks at their place) - battery dead. Solved this one on my own. I think this is expensive. Will try and avoid going back there unless really necessary or for topline jobs. Don't bring your motorbike here. Scooter's fine I guess.

Dont listen to one star reviews! Usually scammers and mention other dealerships as they have something to do with them so trying to promote their business!!!!!! Recently brought a vespa here. Absolute bargain, cheaper than any of the same model and mileage and year that I could find online! Also got free fuel, free oil, free new wing mirror, free exhaust respray and free helmet worth £90. Norbert spent a lot of time with us showing us around and helping us make our decision and after I brought it, showed me all parts of it and how it works. Also helped me buy my tax for it and told me everything I needed to know. One of the best shops I've ever been too! Definitely go there if you need a moped! Staff are soooooo friendly!

Proud owner of a Suzuki vanvan 125cc and All Thanks to the team at Central Bikes London. Now, I'm all new to anything motorcycle related but with the help of my best friend who's an experienced rider, he recommended a vanvan for a Learner. I found one at Central Bikes via Auto Trader. Guy König at CBL was very professional, friendly and helpful thoughout. Lord knows I had a million questions but Guy was very patient. Service at its best. Thanks Team CBL. ????

Recently i was looking for a new bike and come across to an advert with 0% APR on all new piaggio scooters. I called them, went there to speak to them. They are very helpful and the whole process was so easy. Nothing to worry about. Guy and Tyron will look after you. Only recently they have moved to their new place on 68 Charlotte street, much prettier and more organised place. You feel like going for a break there too. I would suggest they put a coffee machine too I wish you all the best

I recently bought a new vespa 300 gts super at central bikes. Guy and Norbert are friendly and honest dealers. I previously made several purchases in other shops in london but I had never found so much kindness and professionalism. they offer good deals and different payment options. I strongly recommend central bikes as much better than other huge stores in london where dealers do not care about customers' satisfactions.

I'm disappointed with Central Bikes. Whilst everyone who mentions the staff being very polite are indeed correct, I haven't seen any feedback regarding MOT's. I recently took my bike in for a MOT. I was told that after doing a pre-mot check I would need a new front tyre, new front brake pads and my chain was a bit slack. All this could be sorted for around £350!!! As I believed this was unnecessary I decided to take it to another garage for a 2nd opinion. Guess what??? It passed the MOT without any problems. Not even an advisory relating to the above issues that Central Bikes had mentioned. It angers me to think that I took another bike in for a MOT at the start of the year to Central Bikes (which I was hit for another bill in the region of £350) and I ended up just paying. Hence to say I will not be taking any bikes back for MOT's there...

popped in today to see if they had a mirror for my Vespa. Seemed kind of a small shop and it is, however their warehouse is somewhere conveniently placed so that whenever you order a part they deliver it quickly for you to pick it up. In my case it took about an hour. I dont complain as i originally thought I would buy it on ebay which would have taken so much longer. So anyways the part arrived quickly and the gentleman at the counter was kind enough to even fit my mirror on. Not small thing considering he had to take the windshield off. I personally dont have tools so would have been stuffed. 5 stars for service!
